I had an outstanding experience with Dr. T. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely safe and comfortable in her care. She took the time to explain everything clearly and backed up her advice with solid research, which really reassured me. Dr. T made thoughtful and practical recommendations for both what I can do at home and the treatments she could provide. I left feeling well-informed and confident in the plan moving forward. Highly recommend!

Believe me, the negative reviews on Google are all true. Don't choose this clinic.

Since my regular doctor was on vacation this week, I decided to visit this walk-in clinic. After waiting for about half an hour in the room, Dr. Robert Dikeukwu saw me. While discussing the treatment plan, he claimed I didn’t understand, but when I tried to ask further questions, he became impatient and complained that I was wasting his time — though the entire interaction didn’t last more than ten minutes.

After returning home, I checked the reviews on Google and found that many people had experienced the same issues: long waiting times, doctors lacking patience, and rude attitudes. I probably won’t go back to that clinic again.

Inpatient doctors, both of them. The female and male doctors were always rude and hard to talk to. Poor communication and treatment. I had to come back to check if the information about the medication and immunization shots I had taken from them were sent to my Alberta Record and they messed up knowing and helping to fix it. Front desk crew were friendly though but I'm not going back there again.

I got a appointment for an Initial consult with Dr. Robert Dikeukwu.

They have a polcy that if you miss an appointment (includes being late) then you will be charged $50 which ironic as Dr Dikeukwu was 40 minutes late.

When he finally come into the room he didn't even really introduce himself and when I addressed him on being 40 minutes late he talked at me for a bit but then did apologize. I asked him if this was a regular occurence and he said it wasn't.

He went over questions that were already asked which may be protocol. When I discussed with him the reasons for me wanting a doctor he didn't really seem interested, I also don't think it was his speciality at all.

I wish I had read other reviews because it seems that Dr. Dikeukwu may be one of the better doctors. But overall not impressed and I don't want my health taken care of by a clinic that doesn't care.

I wish I had

I have seen Dr. Thuy Nguyen a few times now and I have nothing but amazing to say. She took time to listen and understand our focus, goals on my physical health and mental health. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to improve their health in a more natural way.

First I have to say the assistants are great, they are polite and smiling! I have an issue with the waiting time... I came multiple with my patient as a caregiver. We have a lesser waiting time as a walk-in than with an appointment. Every time we have more than an hour waiting, you wait in the waiting room for 30min than when they put you in a consultation room and you wait again 30 to 45min. If you ask the waiting time they gave you excuses. Dr Aladi can be extremely nice (it happened once) or just dismissive and annoyed. When you finically see her she will be fast and won’t listen to you…

All the negative comments for Dr. Flora Aladi are true. Worst experience with a “family” dr. Absolutely no bedside manners, rude, does not describe or give information to conditions. Very dismissive.
I can get into the details but there’s so many negative comments on here about her so no point. Better to just report her to the collage of surgeons since the clinic manager and other drs don’t want to do anything about the negative comments.

My most recent experience with Dr. Aladi was my last straw. Her profile under Rate My Doctor is no longer accepting reviews, and when I called the clinic to ask about a pathway of leaving feedback with them directly, the front-desk staff sounded like it was such a regular/mundane occurence that I realized immediately it would make no difference to do so.

I still don't know what exactly I did to offend Dr. Aladi so gravely, other than I was one of her last appointments of the day so I guess I was just the last thing standing between her and going home? Either way, I had spent MAYBE 20 seconds talking to Dr. Aladi before she exploded at me - raised voice, yelling over me, offended that I had even suggested that I needed to talk to a specialist about my issue (as suggested by my surgeon - all I needed was a requisition). At one point I even tried to de-escalate by calmly saying "Dr. Aladi, I didn't mean to offend you, you are the doctor here not me. I don't have all of the knowledge/information that you do - that's why I'm here asking you." That did not help.

My biggest regret is that I did not respect myself enough to simply stand up and leave when she raised her voice at me. Regrettably I waited for her to finish, said thank you/that will be all for me, and she left the room. The entire interaction lasted less than a minute. After wracking my brain for what I could have done differently, I've come to realize that nothing I could have done in that short a time - short of spitting at someone - could have warranted the treatment I received.

I join other commenters in hoping that Dr. Aladi's behaviour is seriously looked at and addressed.
