I am having a hip replacement soon and phoned around to different healthcare stores to see what they had available for ice packs and luckily Rebecca answered the phone. The other stores briefly told me what they had available but Rebecca went above and beyond to help me. She took pictures of the ice packs that were appropriate and texted them to me. After a couple of minutes she texted me again and sent a few more pictures of a couple of things that could easily be modified to work for my hip. Although your shop was by no means the closest, I drove there because of the exceptional service Rebecca provided. She is a real gem!

I had horrible car accident on March 9 2021 and Rebecca completely helped me from day 2 of accident. From my neck collar for fractured C4, to tens machine and replacement pads for the extreme pain...then with a walker, going through insurance company. Doing quotes and getting me the right kind of walker while I wait for back surgery, to replace disks with cage...(it's pretty horrific pain). Now still as my back has become worse with time, because of covid patients filling up the hospitals, I now have progressed to a wheelchair. So now, she's dealing with insurance company again, to help find me the correct one, with approved price. She has definitely gone above and beyond with me. And if I can't somehow get through their doors, she will deal with my daughter for me. So 10 out of 10 stars for this very helpful staff member, who knows her stuff and cares about her clients. Thank you Rebecca, you've made getting into a car accident a wee bit easier. Thank you.

Very friendly staff and extremely helpful. Was looking for something specific and they went out of their way to get it for me. Store is well stocked, clean, and organized. Aisles are generous and it was easy to find items I needed.

They don't care about the customer just take your money and run after telling you to buy something.

You ask for an item they say get this item it will be fine even after explaining medical issues and concerns they say will be good but turns out to cause medical issues and ill then call to have return because of the reaction and they turn there head the other way and say oh well not going to help fix the situation.
