Ils devraientutiliser GOOGLE MAP, ils auraient sauvé plus de 450 Km.

Daughter needed crutches. After asking a few questions the staff knew exactly what size was needed and even helped us set them up before leaving the store to make sure daughter was comfortable while using them. Can’t ask for better than that.

We went into the store to buy a travel buggy. We were met with help immediately. They needed to adjust the armrest for me and didn’t hesitate to do it. We walked out effortlessly with the travel buggy which has changed my life. Great customer service.

We went into the store, to get the brakes fixed on a walker. There was no one in the store the first day, so we had to go back the next day. The second day we went there, they were able to fix the brakes. The female technician that helped us, was very good. She explained what the problem was and what she would do it fix it, and also told us what it cost, before she did anything. We were happy with the service that we received.

Less than a week later, we had issues with a lift chair. The plug in, for the chair snapped. We phoned the store to get someone to come and fix it. Follow up calls were made, but still no call back was received. Three days later, we still had not heard back, even to arrange a date for someone to look at the lift chair. So we had to get a new cord for the chair ourselves, to fix it so it could be used again. We still not have gotten a call back from Healthcare Solutions.

We went to the south side store today for the first time and were greeted immediately by Manila. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the product we required. She was very thorough in her sizing and evaluation. She found the best type of product needed. We were very happy to visit Healthcare Solutions and will return Again! Great place!

I was in last week to purchase a walker for my mother in-law. I was hesitant to go to healthcare solutions as I have had bad experiences before, with wait times for service, and return policies, although they do have the most stock to choose from. However, this experience was excellent ! Francis came to help us right a way and was very patient with my mother in-law who does not make decisions easily (2hrs+)!! Francis also was good to seek help when he didn't know the answers to questions as he was just training in that department. The other gentleman that helped when asked for advice was also very good at assessing her positioning and fit for the walker. Also, there is a discount for Senior on Thursdays, which made my mother in-law very happy. I would give a 5 star review for this if it hadn't been for my past experiences. Francis - you are doing an amazing job - keep it up!!
