Jacelyn made me feel like she was mad at me from the moment I got there and Darcy stayed in the room while Jacelyn was doing the testing/paperwork and creepily stared at me. I will be telling my company not to book tests for me at this testing facility again.

Very frustrated. When I booked the appt, I asked the man on the phone how long I should expect to wait for results and was told it would take about a day. At the time of the appt., I was told by the nurse that my results were likely to take longer. I phoned to follow up 4 days post appt, and was told my results would be ready by the next day after the nurse phoned the lab to ask. Phoned again next day after not hearing anything and was told -- by the man who originally told me my results would only take a day!-- that there was no guarantee on when my results would be ready. My company requires my results by a deadline that has now passed, and even though I scheduled my appt a week in advance of that deadline, I am missing out on *days* of work.

I understand that Healthy Worker has no control over when the samples are analyzed/ when results are ready. But the last time I spoke on the phone with Healthy Worker, I was told that the lab has had issues with getting the results back in a timely manner before. It would have been nice if the first worker could have been honest about how long results usually take, but instead he offers misinformation and I'm out several days of pay because of it.

Feel really bad for the female nurse working there who has to deal with this job in general -- I'm praying for you girl.

Do not recommend going here. Completely unprofessional. They make you feel like absolute garbage. Darcy & Jacilyn were awful to deal with. I would avoid this place like the plague.

Don't understand all the negative reviews. Staff was friendly. Got me in early and out quick. Total time was maybe 20 mins. Very clean and straightforward.

Darcy Hansen was the most miserable person to deal with right from the word go. Don’t bother trying to have small talk with him he’s on a power trip inside this building. “Oh boy this trailers chilly eh” and he replies “it’s the cleanest place you’ll be all day” okay there Darcy take your ball and go home. Thanks for the test I hope I never see you again. Most unprofessional and inconsiderate RN I’ve ever met and I’ve done a lot of work inside hospitals over the last 3 years.

I was really nervous about my Fitness and Drug assessment because of COVID-19. I was worried that the place wouldn't be wiped down and that I'd have to use equipment that had sweat on it. This was certainly not the case. This was the most professional pre-employment test I have ever had.

Darcy showed up to my truck dawned in full PPE from head to toe. He gave me some forms to fill out and then I went inside. Every surface I touched, every object I touched, was wiped down. I instantly felt at ease.

All of the tests from the urinalysis to fit test were conducted with the utmost professionalism. I have been to several of these businesses all over Alberta in the last decade and this was by far the best.

Darcy respected my time very much, as I had to work after our assessment. He made sure that I understood proper lifting techniques and even took the time to tell me other things I could do to improve my overall health and hygiene. Ex. Not Q-tipping so hard and deep in my ears, ensuring my tetanus shots were always up to date and why that's important, as well as watching my left hand for carpel-tunnel.

Now for the emotional part. Today was the greatest day of my life. I'm in my mid 30's and I am color blind. When Darcy was conducting the colorblind test today, he showed me a pair of glasses that allowed colorblind people to see colors. I was able to see the whole book that I never could before.

I started crying uncontrollably which was somewhat embarrassing but my senses were overloaded. Darcy could see how much seeing color meant to me. He paused the test, still keeping my limited time in mind, and we walked outside. The moment I got outside I saw the absolute beauty of the world around us in full color for the first time in my life.

Darcy changed my life today, I didn't know the glasses actually worked when I had seen ADs online. I will forever remember Darcy and Healthy Worker. A professional establishment run by a standup man.

I highly recommend this location for all your corporate/business and professional safety related needs. I will be forever grateful to you Darcy, I owe you more than words can describe.

Thank you.

Darcy is probably the worst RN I have ever come across. If he hates his job that much he should find other work. Been there twice in the last 3 months and both times he was miserable. Companies should use other places in town then here.
