I have been seeing physiotherapist and chiropractor since a month. I started treatment at Helios last year because of a knee injury and I am now doing much better. I have to say how please I am with everything. The whole team is wonderful. Himja is number 1! Pria is also wonderful and I have to say that girl has great hands. I also had treatment with David, he’s another great one! If you need physio for whatever reason, look no further. They are the very best you can find.

I had pain in my ankle. After getting 3 sessions for physiotherapy I felt great. I got anke brace too. It gives me a support for routine activities. Staff is knowledgeable and supportive. Highly recommend to everyone.

I pulled a muscle in my neck/shoulder and I was in a lot of pain. I called around to a lot of different places trying to get some help but no one had appointments available. Helios went out of their way to accommodate me and made sure that they gave me treatment the same day that I called. I am so thankful for their kindness and appreciate that they cared enough to help me. I recommend this place!

I had car accident due to that I had headache, shoulder,chest and back pain. I had a breathing problem too. After coming at Helios i am getting huge relief with my pain. Staff is professional and kind. Himja, Riddhi helped me a lot. Front desk staff is helpful and cooperative. They adopt holistic approach. Highly recommend to everyone.
