Every single time I need to see my Dr for anything. It's either nothing available, dr on vacation, dr doesn't work this day. I work 2 jobs and very rarely have a day off nor do I call the dr for every little thing. So would be nice if the dr could accommodate me when I call

Henry Medical receptionist have always been great to me. Dr Rahman listens, cares and takes the time to figure out what might be going on. Dr Rahman is the definition of a top notch doctor. I feel very blessed to have him as my Doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr Rahman and his staff for years. I have found the experience to be extremely caring and supportive. They treat you as well as you treat them. I have had no negative experiences and it is very difficult to keep people happy these days.

Poor management, careless attitude.
we got our daughter 6mnth immunization booked 2mnth in advance for November 15, we got a call on Nov 15, morning on date of appointment that they don't have vaccine as they forgot to order it and they will reschedule it to 25nov. We called today morning to confirm and they said sorry we forgot to put you on calendar you will be again reschedule to next Wednesday. This is clear example of ignorance toward patient.
Due to this mismanagement by clinic staff my daughter immunization is delayed by 1 month.
We don't have any issue with doctor but someone need to look into this mismanagement and carelessness by there staff.

Very disappointed in this Medical Centre. We are new to Brantford and looking for a family doctor. We saw the sign on Wayne Gretzky Parkway accepting new patients. We went into the pharmacy and was told they are accepting new patients and give a form to fill out regarding our information. I called this morning to make an appointment and was told an appointment was only for existing patients. I explained that we are new patients. The receptionist is not a good representative of this medical centre. She was rude. I was told that the forms I have are only for a wait list. Why would a medical centre advertise they are accepting new patients when we have to go on a wait list and wait a few months?

Poor management, the receptionist told us two weeks to be accepted as a patient at this clinic then told us takes longer and accused us of lying. Then the receptionist went on to tell us there is a chance the doctor will reject the application based on a diagnosis we have
