Hillview Urgent Diagnostic Imaging Center

I’ve been to this clinic 3 times now for my pregnancy and have had wonderful experiences each time. The staff is knowledgeable, kind, and explain things well. Booking an ultrasound in Ottawa seems difficult these days but this clinic is quick to respond and is super efficient.

Today I went for an abdominal ultrasound. It was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend this clinic. Ramon is very kind and professional, he asked questions to better understand my concerns. The sonoagrapher, Kelly, was very pleasant, professional and made me feel very much at ease. I would definitely use there service again, if needed.

I was in need of a pelvic and abdominal ultrasounds to rule out issues. I live in a small town about an hour away. Within an hour or two of my doctors office sending in the requisition I received a phone call from Hillview to book an appointment. My young sonographer was excellent. Very thorough and gentle. She told me right away that she didn't have much experience with appendix imaging and asked of it would be OK to have someone else in to do. I believe his name was Roman. Wonderful! Both of them They both continuously asked if I was in discomfort and reassured me that it did not appear to be my appendix. This clinic was an hour drive for me but so very worth it. If I ever find myself in need of imagining again I will be requesting to go their rather than wait 4+ weeks to be seen at our local hospital. Well done. Keep up the great work!

I highly recommend Hill View Imaging for their outstanding service and care. I had an urgent need for pelvic ultrasound requested by my GP late in the evening and I was amazed by the efficiency and care. In less than 1h my ultrasound was done and the report was given to me the next day in the morning. I truly can speak highly of this clinic. The owner, Ramón, is an exceptional professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and caring. He made me feel comfortable and pain free throughout the entire appointment. Also I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Emma, who conducted my follow-up ultrasound with such expertise and care. The front desk staff were also very polite,accommodating and welcoming. I have been to Hillview medical imagine three times during my pregnancy and all three visits have been excellent. I have been seen by both Roman and Emma and both are kind and professional and sensitive to the nervous feelings during pregnancy. I also find both technicians are very gentle on the abdomen and don't apply more pressure than necessary making the whole experience comfortable and stress free! The clinic is clean and bright, and the reception staff are welcoming and kind as well. I highly recommend this imaging center!

I am putting this review for the unpleasant experience to book an appointment for an Ultrasound. Their phone lines goes unanswered and nobody returns the voicemail. I also shared the requisition slip through email and there is no revert on that as well. Pathetic and I feel fortunate I didn't have to deal with them. Went with another diagnostic provider who are very prompt to respond to phone and emails.

I'm impressed with the excellent service and thorough examination. The staff recognizes the importance of timely care and makes a concerted effort to accommodate same-day appointments. I'm grateful to have this clinic in our neighborhood. Thank you.

My first visit to this clinic and I was very impressed. Kind and friendly staff. I was taken in within a couple minutes of arriving even though I was a few minutes early. This clinic will definitely be my first choice in the event I have future needs. Highly recommend Hill View.
