Failed for cocaine yet haven't touched it in over 5 years. Passed the very next day at sure hire. Funny how that works. This company isn't reliable

Was sent to a 2nd party pre employment clinic was told i failed my right eye exam was told i needed a optometrist, paid out of pocket i was told by the optometrist i hade great vision but could use reading glasses .Called Hines back for a refund no such luck how does that work optometrist vs nurse really
