This company and it's staff are absolutely #1. Very organized during a very hectic time. Bringing home a loved one is layers of logistics and planning. HME home health completely manages every single step for equipment. They call and confirm needs, a time to deliver, show up on time and with all the pieces, set it up, test it and offer support to those who are managing many of the pieces.
I highly recommend HME Health they are fantastic and "Ray" offers the best customer care!!
Don't worry if your dealing with home equipment this company WILL take care of you!!

Amazing service, even on a tight schedule. When I needed a custom lightweight manual wheelchair on short notice for a trip, Gavin and Mark helped me get just what I needed set up for a month long rental in just a few short days.
They were super helpful, informative, and knowledgable, and I was able to do more and be more active in general on my trip thanks to them and the wheelchair they were able to set up for me.

We dealt with Wayne and received exceptional customer service. We are so happy with the Sara Steady we rented. The delivery was fast and the product is affordable. I would rate this company poorly; they supplied us with an outdated wheelchair that consistently malfunctioned. They offer below-average equipment at unjustifiable prices. We were overcharged for unnecessary items, doubling the cost despite clear communication about our needs. The billing dispute with Jeff Lang, the head of sales, was unpleasant, with his unprofessional and disrespectful behavior as a manager. Overall a very disappointing experience. Stay away from this company specially if you don’t have insurance for medical equipments. I rented the equipment from them for only one month but they kept charging me even though I returned the equipment to them after a month. They never agreed to refund me. One of the customer service representatives there told me this company overcharge the insurance companies all the time, and keep charging them even when the medical supply is no longer needed by the customer. They did the same with me.

HME was recommended to my husband from one of the staff at his Dialysis unit to purchase a chair lift. When Gavin, the representative for HME came to our home he was so kind and informative. He didn't try to rush us into making a decision. A few days later we had the chairlift installed.The 2 fellows that installed it were very professional and took their time to explain how the system worked and did an excellent job. Overall we would not hesitate to recommend HME to anyone that needs medical equipment.
