Where do I start? From the initial phone call to the finished job, the people at Home Comfort Care were friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with, every step of the way. It's not often you receive this kind of service, so it was a real breath of fresh air to have work done by a company obviously dedicated to going the extra mile! We had a stair lift installed in unusual circumstances, but Eric was determined to make it work and he did so, to perfection. My wife and I were so impressed that we've been talking about Home Comfort and the great job they did to everyone who comes to our home. I HIGHLY recommend them!

I have had a lot of experience with Home Comfort Care Services. They are always prompt, polite and knowledgeable. From the person answering the phone to the installers, delivery, everything, I would go nowhere else. Even if you have a question, they are very happy to answer you, or find an answer for you. They are so helpful and always know I get the best deal I can anywhere. I would highly recommend them for any of your health care needs. They always have a smile, and make you feel good.

We put in a request a couple of weeks ago for a stair lift and a tall walker. Due to tight funds we were willing to wait for used items. Both items arrived today and the stairlift was installed quickly and professionally by Eric. I would recommend this company to anyone that requires home health care products.

Bonnie made the impossible possible. With compassion and responsiveness we were able to work together to determine mom's needs and organize delivery in a very short time. Bonnie offered quotes to compare renting versus purchasing the necessary equipment and simplified the entire process for me. I know I will be able to count on Bonnie and her team at the Gravenhurst location, with any help or adjustments to mom's needs going forward. Very grateful Bonnie. xo

I have a severe disability where i needed a scooter and after going thru a lot to get funding and being
approved it is almost a month later i am still waiting for scooter as it was half paid for and for some reason it was rented out which should not have happen. The o.t i worked with was good helping me get a scooter, but i do not suggest doing this at this comfort centre and this was my first time and will be my last time dealing with them very disappointing..

Never been so disappointed in a home health care company.... Eric did not listen to a word I said .. quote is completely not what I asked for.. it took this company over a week to provide a quote and I had to call back to request it. These ppl are in the business of ripping off old ppl..Please people from gravenhurst , DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
