I finally found a walker that I love and it is helping me get back out and about. Unfortunately, it originally was on backorder (for a few months). Sam who handles the online ordering customer service was excellent at answering my questions and keeping me updated on my order. As soon as it was available it shipped and arrived quickly. I would recommend Medical Warehouse for medical supply needs.

Very disappointed in the service. I ordered a horizontal ostomy belt on October 27th and on Nov 25th I received a vertical ostomy belt that also was the wrong size, so I can't use it. It took approx 1 week to get an acknowledgement (email and phone calls required) and was told on a call they would send me a replacement belt. The next week I contact them and they then advised me that they will just refund me and that I would need to submit a new order instead. So, I then submitted a new order on December 30th (as i waited for the refund and also holidays to end). On Jan 8th, my order is then cancelled because they have no stock. They refunded me again.
Though I appreciate the quick refunds, ordering medical supplies and finding a location to place my trust in is important to me. Just over 2 months of run arounds to find out now i need to find a new location is frustrating. First sending the wrong product followed by cancelling my next order (with the reason in the email saying I requested the cancellation even!)

Update the owner called me and was very demanding that I remove my review now because they can not have reviews like this and when told I would not remove the review until I see different from his company he said I was very rude and hung up on me and as for informing me of the mistake it was me that told him of there mistake as he calls it when a different company informed me that my order was picked up at there store without saying it was a shipping company that picked it up so I phoned to find out where my order went not them informing me so he needs to tell the truth about his business so definitely I will not recommend this place to anyone including the support groups I am involved with have all now been informed of this RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY THE OWNER OF THIS COMPANY and the only phone call I got was because of this review

Well I am very disappointed with this Edmonton location due to every time a person goes into the store for something you get told sorry we don’t carry it in store and you have to order it online and pick it up a few days later that’s not a problem then just order online before going to the store and pick it up in store like you order it right well guess what that’s wrong because they decided how to send it to you so now you don’t even get to choose how you get your order delivered or pick up I store (like I ordered)I need my supplies when I order them not when they decide and how they decide to ship so will definitely be looking at buying from somewhere else that respects the customer choice to pick up there order so they get it in time and don’t have to worry about running low on supplies and even when call the store they just say well it’s out for delivery when no address was given to deliver to for this order so makes a person not even trust their system to keep my personal information secure
Update now the store has phoned me and told me to remove my review because it was a mistake by an employee and that everything was corrected to there satisfaction but still will not admit to a security breach of an employee then accessing files that they are not suppose to and doing things there own way so expect harassment from them if you leave a bad review

Best service ever! I was visiting from out of town and stayed longer than anticipated, ended up running out of my medical supplies. I found this store online and I saw that they carried a variety of different brands including mine so I drove down to purchase what I needed for the remainder of my trip. The staff was so friendly, and accommodating! Jay assisted me with finding the best possible supplies I was looking for. He even gave me a bunch of complimentary samples to try out. 🤩 Stress free/easy transaction! I highly recommend the Home Health Store!
