I had my first visit to home sweet spa and it was a wonderful experience! Naz is so sweet and knowledgeable, she helped me with my skin and gave me advice. Her little spa is so cozy and clean! Already can’t wait to visit her again.

Very poor customer servic
Bought a gift certificate for a close friend. She said there was snd is NO EXPIRY DATE. However now thst it was time to book she then changed her mind said she cannot honor it. I did explain due to unforseen circumstances with my friends health,how she wasn't able to attend just yet. Now my friend is healthy again, I tried to book the massage abd facial a s ahe argued the fa t. So the 300 I spent on the gift certificate was even more a scheme. I do not recommend this spa place. It's at her residential place amd she thinks she thinks shes above the law. There are mo expiry dayes on gict cards abymore a of ma y years ago.
For a business who needs customers to be successful you think she be more accommodating for cancer survivors. Not Asking for anything more then just what I bought. Seems fair enough considering 2 weeks ago when I called she was in agreement.

Today was my second visit at Home Sweet Spa and it was lovely! The place is extremely clean, has a cozy vibe and really feels more like home than the typical spa place.

Naz is amazing and the products she uses are top-notch! I have extremely sensitive combination skin which is also acne-prone. I have been looking for an esthetician who can help me for a long time and I can say that I finally found the right place.

I had an amazing facial experience with Naz at Home Sweet Spa. Naz is very professional and knowledgeable, she looks at your skin first and then decides what type of treatment best suits your skin. The atmosphere at her little spa is so relaxing and calming. Naz is always making sure you feel comfortable while enjoying the treatment. I strongly recommend Home Sweet Spa. I am looking forward to my next visits.

Best facial I have had. Naz is knowledgeable and addressed all my skin concerns, I could see a difference right away. She made the experience calming, I was so relaxed. Will definitely be recommending Naz to all of my friends.

Naz was so lovely and welcoming. I went for a facial and body scrub and it was incredibly relaxing. She took so much care and detail on my facial, it was a really great experience. Highly recommend.

Had such a nice and relaxing time getting my facial from Naz! She made me feel welcomed and calm while helping me address my skin concerns. My skin felt so smooth, fresh and hydrated by the time it was over. Definitely recommend getting facials from her if you want to be pampered!
