Homestead Oxygen + Medical Equipment

The staff at homestead were incredibly helpful when I was looking to rent a wheelchair and ramp. I was able to get it same day and they even delivered them to the house for me when it wouldn’t fit in my car. Their assistance and kindness went above and beyond in a stressful time and I don’t have enough words to say how much I appreciated everything they did for us. Homestead should be your first choice for any medical equipment needs!

Amazing customer service! EVERYONE is concerned about customers and they really understand disability issues. We bought a stair lift and separately a manual custom chair with Companion. Great service!

This vendor has repeatedly tried to have me sign an ADP application without allowing me to see it. They've taken 6+ months to put together a simple quote and still haven't managed to do it. I recommend you avoid this vendor at all costs. It's not worth the hassle, and the sheer ignorance of the staff is horrifying.

Just had a great experience with Catharine, the resp. therapist at Homestead. I'm just getting started with Bi-PAP and she was great at going over everything with me and explaining everything in perfect detail. Excellent and prompt service. Would highly recommend.

I have had a few dealings with Homestead Oxygen + Medical Equipment over the past 8 months and have dealt with numerous members of their staff. Each and everytime has been an incredible experience. Their focus on customer service is nothing short of exemplary and needs to be recognized. In a time where mediocre service at best is almost common practice, the team at HOME shines brightly. Mary at Homestead Newmarket was very helpful and efficient in providing medical equipment needs and advice. There is an OT on the team who is able to provide further advice and resources to get you or your loved one set up with all your needs.

I found that all of staff at Homestead Health in Newmarket were helpful and pleasant. Paula was especially helpful and took time to answer my questions. I was able to try several of the rollators and felt no pressure to hurry up and decide. She was friendly and took time to adjust the equipment for me. She gave me useful feedback as I tried the different rollators. When all was said and done I am very happy with my purchase. If you are looking to buy home health equipment, I'd suggest that you start at Homestead.
