This facility should be reported for false advertisement! There are no doctors here! Fumbling idiots practicing is all! There are plenty of these types of practices within the city limits. Look elsewhere!

The front desk staff are rude and unhelpful. Even just checking in on a booked appointment they made me feel unwelcome. The doctor gave me specific dates that were needed for a follow up, and then upon trying to book them, it was not possible. There was nothing they could do, other than to tell me to call periodically to check in. The refill on the prescription depends on the follow up. They then said they faxed the prescription to my pharmacy. I called to fill it, my pharmacy had no record. My pharmacist asked if I could go check with the clinic. The clinic said the fax was sent, and there wasn’t much they could do, and to give it a couple more days and try again. I tried again, and the pharmacy still hadn’t received it. I don’t have time for such sub par care.

I am a caregiver of a patient at this clinic. I personally wouldn’t go to this clinic if I had to. The owner instead of investigating whether complaints are true, should just try to run a better clinic.

I think a 2 star rating speaks for itself.

Also, I’m not sure if I would go to a medical clinic that would share whether someone is or isn’t patient there. Super unprofessional of this clinic (almost as unprofessional as their front desk staff).

Update: the youth I’m caring for is without meds today, because of the clinic not sending things through, the front desk staff refusing to either look into things, or be helpful, the clinic never answering calls, and the doctor not giving enough pills to follow through on the dosage amounts.

My pharmacy had to do all the work to figure this out. The hope health clinic did nothing to help.

The owner keeps posting a response that pushes responsibility away from them. I would expect better from a healthcare clinic.

receptionists are terrible. always takes ages to get to their phones and doesn’t care to check records when asked questions. one lady today told me my prescriptions had been successfully faxed at 3pm (without getting my name), but my appointment quite literally started at three. called my pharmacy and they had not been faxed. get better receptionists it is truly disappointing

Dr Egbeyemi is the best doctor in the city. He has been my dr for 15+ years. Dr. Egbeyemi delivered both my children. Hes very compassionate. Dr. Egbeyemi saved my life. Thank you

Disapponiting made me wait for 3 hours . There was no first come first go . All other walk ins were attendent first . Ladies at reception were quite discriminating and disrespectful. Asking them how long they answered me we dont know may be till close time . That was very awful . Must be ready to spend your whole day if you come .
