Dr Luttfy insisted I was suffering from hypochondria, rather than amalgamate my symptoms and test results into a unified diagnosis of connective tissue disease!! Thank you Dr Godbout for your thoroughness!! ♡

And rather than diagnose a pelvic inflammatory disease after suffering pelvic pain with sterile hematuria for decades, Dr Mampouma diagnosed me with anxiety and told me to "get used to pain!".

You would feel anxious, too, doctor if it happened to you!! 😞

I was told that I broke my neck by a nurse and then she said to me, " how do you feel about that?" "Hmm?" I asked for a blanket and a glass of water and was ignored, I was left laying the entire night with no blanket and no water. The doctor on call dumped a bowl of something over my head after stitching me. I was not only traumatized by the accident that I was in, I was also traumatized by the way there so called professional people treated me!! I wouldn't take my worst enemy there.

Worse hospital ever, I took my Mother in law because she have some injures on her skin, the "doctor" was unable to get a certain diagnosis and send us to the eye doctor in Edmunston which in the moment she saw my mum she knew it was shingles. Also there's a nurse in the emergency room that is a total disgrace for herself and for the patients, she is miserable and sassy. There's some workers also at oncology that are terribly unkind and a huge lack of empathy. This place should just renew the 80% of their personal, its a shame for Canada.

We were in Grand Falls for a volleyball tournament. We went to the Emergency room last night with a badly sprained (we thought broken) ankle. Triage was fast and friendly, they offered a wheelchair right away to make her comfortable. Reception was polite and friendly even though there was a language barrier. We only waited about 2 hours before we were in a room. She was x-rayed and given a boot for her ankle. Every staff member along the journey were polite and helpful.

Thank you all again for all your work and making her feel comfortable and taken care of.

Dr . Monpuma seems to judge the book by its cover . Hes unprofessional in his line of work, very judgemental and as no respect for his entourage. Ive heard horror stories in the community about him. How would he like to be treated the way he treats his patients. Its enfuriating the way he belittles the mental health patients. Most of them are there for help, not to be belittle. If i know hes on I will make the extra 20 minutes to edmundston or perth . What a shame for this nice community. Concernns should be listened and heard!! Take your pick they are several

Well I really want to share. I was taken to hospital by ambulance at 2:30 am. I may not know about the first few days but when I started getting better I can tell you I was treated like a Queen. I had to stay in isolation and I tell you. Those nurses are amazing. They soothe you when you’re down and end up making me laugh. They were there when needed them. You’d of thought we were one big family actually better. Thank you for being such wonderful Nurses.🌹 👏👏👏👏👏And let’s not forget physio 👏also Dr Amelie Beaulieu. 🌹Thank You. Your the best 🌹👏👏🙏🏻♾🦋

Absolutely embarrassing at the poor service you get at this hospital........if you don't have the right last name from the area you get bypassed......waited 3.5 hours and watched 25 people come in after me and leave before me ...when I asked how much longer the wait would be I was told " I'm just the secretary in the nurses area if you look around everyone is busy ....she not once asked me my name or any info to see who I was and how long I had been waiting.....will be contacting the local government official about the lack of medical services being accessible......
