Just saw Dr. Youssef at the humboldt clinic.
He said that it takes a week or two for Amoxicillin to work. I thought it was only a few days. He made me feel like a bad parent. But it just didn't seem right to me so I checked with the pharmacy and they said it takes about 2 or 3 days for it to work. How can a Doctor lie like that to a parent. Terrible!!

I am extremely disappointed in their medical practices. My child saw Dr. Bhatia in emergency at Humboldt Hospital. Tests were completed with zero follow up. One test result was even ‘lost’ as there is no record of her getting the swab done. I do not understand if you are going to tend to a patient then why would you not follow up. Is that not part of your job? When I called the receptionist to the follow for my underage child as she is too young for a ehealth account she responded I had to book an appointment with this particular doctor to get the results. Why did the clinic not call me on the 13th to book a follow up. Why can the clinic not give me my results over the phone. Every other doctor that I have ever dealt with does that. This is not convenient nor to me providing the best care for the patient. It has been over a week and there has been no action. I would definitely not refer this doctor nor clinic to anyone. It is a complete waste of your time. Go see a doctor that actually cares about patients and not this one that obviously is doctoring for other reasons.

How is this clinic still working They need to train their staff. I just need a prescription after a knee replacement. I’m in pain. I have to wait a month. Are you kidding me? I get better heath-care service for my livestock.

The Doctors I've seen here have all been good but I find I typically spend at least 30mins, usually closer to 45mins, in the exam room waiting for the doctor. So when you are not feeling well this is not a great option.

Worst reception ever. Receptionists think they control everything and decide if and when you will get through to a Doctor. Messages doesn't get folowed up and you dont get any information back from them or the Dr.

Horrible experience, our newborn is a month old, female doctor there over an hour late both times, building so hot my daughter started fussing and she blamed it on us for not feeding her enough, blatantly disrespectful towards us, misdiagnosed her before labor, caused major issues, do not book appointments here.
