I had twp surgeries at this hospital on two different occasions.
The doctors and nurses in day surgery here are fantastic.

My husband and I have been to this hospital before and everything was amazing, and staff were polite and friendly. Today, same procedure and the staff were rude to both of us, and also would not let me back there to sit with my husband when he was done, and hear what the doctor had to say. I watched every other wife get called to go back there to see their husbands, but not me. So I asked to go back there and was refused, while other wives were even still back there! Only my husband, who just woke up from anesthesia, was allowed to hear what the doctor had to say! We will never go to or recommend this hospital ever again.

Had day surgery here. Everyone was great except one nurse who made a hard day much worse by making comments about me and then all but called me a baby for being nervous about IVs (I have small veins), and proceeded to try it, "lose the vein" and then poke around "looking for a runaway vein" which is my nightmare, and then got frustrated with me when I stopped her from continuing. I recommend that others with this issue ask for the anesthesiologist at the start (I did express the problem to the staff beforehand but didn't explicitly ask as I didn't know this was an option). He was VERY nice and quickly set up the IV. When I woke up I was super groggy and the same nurse was talking a lot; I could've used some easing in. Overall the surgery went smoothly but I did not need those very negative interactions. My husband was appalled when I told him about what happened so I hope this nurse will learn to be more sensitive to patients.

We live 45 minutes North of this hospital. Drove my disabled husband with a long history of chronic pain and many shoulder surgeries due to an error by a neurosurgeon in 2011.
This left him with a lot of nerve damage and on a lot of painkillers since then. He has a history of falling as well. During his last surgery this February he woke up convulsing and damage to his reverse shoulder surgery.
He fell the other day and he was just brushed off by a female doctor who refused to look at him ignored everything he was trying to explain to her. He was sent for an xray but ignored for another hour. 3 hrs later he was so upset that we decided to go home.
Just a joke Saskatchewan health care..no humans should be treated this way!

I had day surgery today and have had a few encounters earlier this year with the staff. The nurses are fantastic. They show they care. The facility is neat and clean. So far the best health service experiences I have had thus far.

Took my almost 2 yr old in with a reaction to a bite that has his eye swollen and as with a bleeding disorder a worry hematology had was a bleed under the skin I politely asked how long the wait was as it was getting worse, the nurse was extremely rude and would not get his eye looked at or even anything to put on it , not even benadryl, when we went there due to the urgent concerns of his bleeding clinic team!!! This hospital is absolutely a joke for going to emergency

We went there as I needed inhaler refined for my girls, as both doctors office were both booked for the week. Should of been a simple hospital visit. Let's say after 3 hours we left. We're put in a room off the beaten path and forgot about for 1 hour. Door locked behind us, couldn't even get out to use the washroom. Had to call the front desk for them to open the dam door. Definitely wouldn't recommend going here unless your just about dead. Seems like that's when they will look at yea. Very unprofessional

I had an ATV accident that put me in the hospital with broken ribs, punctured lung, and then pneumonia.
The staff was fantastic!
The nurses were amazing especially in a time in my life where I've never felt so helpless.
And I have to brag about the hospital food, it was pretty damn good Lol

I will try to find another way to show my gratitude but this is a starting point.
