It’s not the first time I have this encounter in this establishment, but its the very first time I wrote a feedback that the receptionist were so rude! You should be train how to handle phone calls professionally and be advise how to manage stress properly if you were. You are there to assist callers/patients not to throw your frustrations out of nowhere. We need to be respected like we do respect you. Talk in a professional manner otherwise choose a job that doesn’t require you to talk professionally.

Dr Carrie Levick -Brown is the best family doctor we have had for 4 yrs now.
She is down to earth, understand and respectful of all our health needs. Gets us the care we need.
Awesome doctor! Wish we had more doctors like her around.

I see Dr. Kelly at this office and I am an overweight female. I have never been treated so good by a doctor before. Yes we discuss weight but I don’t feel judged. I have had pretty bad experiences with doctors in the past and I am comfortable with Dr. Kelly. She also did my last couple female related appointments and I was more than comfortable with her and she made me feel like I was normal. Very, very good doctor. Also I didn’t know that it wasn’t supposed to hurt when getting a regular female check up. I find her great. She also placed my IUD, although painful she made the experience as good as it could be.

Dr Levick very caring for me after I broke my ribs. I recently moved to the area and didn't have a family doctor. I don't know how I lucked out but she's been the best doctor my family has had in over 6 years.
Such a relief having someone who listens and understands. Thank you Dr.Levick

The fact that this clinic will only take Prenatal patients is ridiculous. What about everyone else This seems like a form of discrimination. Guess I have to get pregnant to see a decent doctor in Humboldt. Very sad indeed.

Receptionists are rude and always sound miserable. If you ask a question they get really upset. Doctors are okayish.

DR KELLY, is great, and I am 71 years old and certainly not pregnant so have no idea where the former poster got her idea, that you have to be pregnant to go to this clinic.
