Have to share my great experience at Marathon IDA !! The staff were very friendly, and they went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed!! Today I met the new pharmacist, who is absolutely amazing !! She is kind & very knowledgeable!! It was very nice to have a place as a one stop shop - got my medical needs looked after, had assistance with hair care products & I even got to do some Xmas shopping as they have a wide selection of gifts & decorations !!
Keep up the hard work to all Marathon IDA staff !! You’re all very much appreciated!!

The staff behind the counter make it well aware when they are having bad days. I been nothing but polite to them. The tall gentlemen with glasses insulted me pretty rudely. Years ago had a staff member share my personal information out , complained to the head pharmacist at the time.

Personally have never had a problem with getting any prescriptions. This team does an awesome job considering how busy they are. 5 stars now that Tierra Lavoie is behind the counter again.

If you don't have the doctor's contact information with the prescription, don't tell clients that you're "waiting for a response". Hours are ridiculous, idk how anyone with a job gets meds here. Staff up front are super nice tho!

I have lived all over canada and this by far is the worse drugstore I have ever dealth with !!! From playing phone tag with clinic and ida to try n get refills for much needed medications to goin to emerg at hospitial and then goin to ida to pick up prescribed meds and they being placed on hold for no apparent reason ...this place is such a joke !!!
