Amazing Staff, friendly and knowledgeable.
Have purchased all of my dewalt tools/ batteries and accessories here.
Regular prices here are those of the big box stores running a “sale”.

While I was checking out, the payment system went down. I unfortunately need to pay using a card for my business transaction. Sabina & Lilly handled the customers well, despite situation being a little frustrating. They were friendly & cheerful. Keep up the great work, ladies!

I've been working with IHL as my go-to supplier for materials, and I can't recommend them enough. Their selection is top-notch, prices are great, and the quality is always reliable. What really sets them apart, though, is Sabina. Every time I deal with her, I'm impressed by how knowledgeable and helpful she is. She really understands what I need and makes sure I get it fast. If you're in the contracting business, IHL and Sabina are definitely worth checking out!

Ihl Innisfil is bad.. workers r rude and the workers change the price of items with tag on it and in the end after having a hard time with people there, everything is final price just in case u coming back …..
firts and last time coming here in Innisfil
Go to hey 7 and Weston way better don’t waste your time coming to ihl Innisfil

I would just like to take a minute and share my experience I had today with the Amazing staff at this IHL location in INNISFIL. Denise, Maggie and Sabina made my Packout purchase a joyful one considering the cost of these units. I highly recommend visiting this Location for all your Milwaukee and Dewalt tool purchases as their in store prices do Beat many known competitors. See you lovely ladies soon and thanks again 🙂

These guys are awesome, they have a way of addressing the customer as if it's an art form. They genuinely are interested in providing the best customer assistance they can. Customer service standards is a very hard thing to maintain and the service I receive at this location is always the best. Special mention to Chris, Giancarlo, and the team, especially the employee of the week Sabina. Great job guys.
