I'm Celine. I called this morning to make an appointment for a physical examination. The Clinic staff who answered the phone patiently told me the route to come. The service here is very good. There is a special electric car reception service on the first floor, which drove me all the way to the physical examination center on the third floor. The physical examination process was very fast. It was a really pleasant experience!

今天一家來此診所進行體檢，櫃檯與醫生都非常專業與有效率，中文、英語及粵語都可以無障礙溝通，非常推薦此診所，若未來有家庭醫生名額釋出一定也會選擇此診所。

My family and I visited this clinic today for a medical examination. The front desk staff and doctors were very professional and efficient. Communication in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese was seamless. I highly recommend this clinic and would definitely choose it if family doctor spots become available in the future.

Joan and the other MOA are very helpful, nice, accomodating and with a happy face once you walk in to there clinic. We were assisted right away. Wait times are not long and Dr Chen was nice and explained everything to us in detailed. THANK YOU so much for all the help.

Great service, I highly recommend doctor Chen for Immigration Medical exam. This is located in third floor and they have blood, urine test and x-ray exam on the second floor. Very convenient. You need to pay in cash the doctor and the other accept credit card. The result are sent to government of Canada IRCC through e-medical website in 3-5 days

Dr. Chen saw my bestfriend recently, who has struggled with anorexia in the past, and was told by him, while he pinched her stomach that she should stop eating so much if she wanted to be young and pretty. She was there to be seen for her vertigo, which has nothing to do with her weight. Also she isn't over weight in the slightest. I don't know why he felt the need to say this unrelated and irrelevant comment to her but it was completely rude and inappropriate. I hope in the future Dr. Chen will keep his insulting comments about people's appearances to himself.

昨天是第三次去到陈医生诊所，依然是亲切的体验。
预约：体检预约非常快速，基本每次都可以预约到我想要的时间。预约完成后会收到邮件，包含具体费用以及体检时所需要携带的证件等物品，并做好基本信息的收集。体检前一天也会给予电话回访做确认，很好的提醒了我。
体检：按时抵达后做身份确认并填写问卷，稍等片刻后即可先由护士做身高体重等信息的采集，随后由陈医生做检查。整个过程预计半小时左右，每次见陈医生更像见朋友一般的聊天，轻松而高效。如果报告出现问题，他们会第一时间联系复检并帮助分析可能存在的外在因素。楼内包含了验血和xray，避免了奔波。
环境：环境干净整洁，提供口罩被要求佩戴口罩，很好的保护了彼此。诊室墙上还有贴一些医学相关的知识海报，等候的时候我顺便科普了一下。
其他服务：他们除了体检还提供家庭医生服务，可惜要等明年看机会了。
语言：提供粤语，普通话和英语服务，对于新移民来说非常友好。
这是我第三次到访，祝愿大家都平安健康顺利。

五年前在陈医生这里做的移民体检，陈医生人很好，细心周到亲切随和！本来想申请陈医生做家庭医生，无奈陈医生这里已经满员。
只是五年后的这次体检经历感受就很不友好，明明我们先到，却给了认识的熟人插队在我们前面，本来人也不是特别多，这样明显厚此薄彼有失公允的安排实在令人不解和困惑！我们等了几乎一个半小时，全部体检的时间加起来都没有等待的时间漫长。 前台女士说他们不是作移民体检的，但是不管他们做什么检查，先来后到不是最基本的规则吗？！不然还做什么预约呢？陈医生说是因为我们的paperwork还没有做好，而我们等了90分钟左右，这是不是说明前台的工作效率太慢？如果让别人插队，起码要对之前还在等待的客户有个合理的说明！
我想要说希望诊所对待所有的客人都能一视同仁公平对待，因为生客会变成熟客，熟客也可能变回为生客。
另外一个小细节就是我们进门时在两个窗口下就各自摆放一把椅子，后来在我妈妈去签字时，前台的女士不断强调这把椅子之前不放在这个位置，她用手示意我位置的时候带着不友好的口气要我把椅子搬回她指出的地方，我感觉她误会是我两岁的儿子移动了那把椅子，在我解释之后，她说确实以为是我小儿子搬过来的。一个两岁的孩子在一个小房间里足足等了接近一个半小时，且不说不是我小孩搬动的，即便是小朋友移了椅子的位置，需要使用如此生硬的语气加以指责吗？

My appointment was scheduled for 11:00 AM. At 10:59 AM, I received a call from your office while I was already walking towards the clinic after parking my car. I arrived at your clinic no later than 11:05 AM. However, the couple who arrived after me didn’t show up until nearly 12:00 PM. Please do not avoid addressing the issue, and certainly do not distort the facts to shirk responsibility! 我的预定是十一点钟，我十点五十九分接到你们的电话，当时我已经在顶楼停车场停好车正走向你们诊所，我最迟十一点五分进入你们诊所，而在我之后来的那对夫妻将近十二点才到，请你们不要回避问题，更不要为了推卸责任而篡改事实！ 我十一点刚过进入你们诊所，十二点半离开，如果你说认真查阅了文档，那这个回复就是认真的胡说八道不负责任了！

Dr. Chen is one of the best doctors I’ve met in Canada. He is very professional in conducting immigration physical exams and very patient with my parents. Especially when my mom cannot hear clearly, Dr. Chen used the most simple and understandable words to talk to her. If Dr. Chen still takes new patients for normal medical needs, I will definitely have my family go to see him.
