Excellent staff, always ready to help. They have been helping me for almost a year, with the mess my leg has been in they have been excellent. The facility is always clean and next to nothing for wait time. With the skill and knowledge from the staff, you will leave feeling relief.

I have seen Ryan a handful of times to help with some lower back pain, knee pain issues and overall strengthening. Ryan is a great physiotherapist, has helped me immensely. He provided me with some additional fitness skills to enable me to continue to build my strength as well as some exercises to do on my own at home/gym so that I continue to strengthen my problem areas. Great environment, great staff here.

I was in a fairly bad motor vehicle accident last year. I started my physiotherapy with Lifemark. I found I made next to no progress and was in lots of pain after months of physiotherapy. I then switched to Impact. My experience at Impact was night and day to Lifemark. On my initial visit with Impact, the physiotherapist Ryan found certain things that needed to be addressed or I would have had life long injuries. Ryan and his team are very knowledgeable and great to work with. They don't over book the space, so you get a more one on one help and feel like they care about your well-being/ recovery. The physio assistant Steven is very friendly and has great advice on exercises. Sarah is a great massage therapist, she makes sure to address what is hurting you. If you ever need help from a physiotherapist, I highly recommend using Impact.

impact Health Physiotherapy Didsbury must be your first and only stop for physiotherapy! Ryan Reyes has helped me recover from a Right Proximal Humerus fracture for approximately 6 weeks and I'm delighted with my experience. Ryan's primary concern is his client's safety, and he knows exactly when to add more or increase intensity of exercises...all of which can be done at home, too. Also spends a lot of time manipulating and tractioning, which is very beneficial. Ryan and his front end staff, Chris and Sara, are very warm and personable. I can't recommend them highly enough. We are very fortunate to have this fine quality of care in our town!

Really enjoyed the staff here. Very nice, and helpful. I worked with Anju and she was fantastic. Listened to what was going on with my body (things that might impact treatment) and was able to cater to my needs for a good recovery. Very happy with their work, and will be using them in the future as needed.

Anju was extremely caring and thorough right from understanding my concern and creating a treatment plan to helping me through each session. She is so personable which made the treatment very comfortable and I felt confident in her expertise. The other staff were all very friendly and created a welcoming environment.
