My daughter has had excellent experience with her physiotherapist, Mani. The service was top-notch from start to finish. He provided tailored exercises that really helped with her condition that causes chronic back pain, and the treatments—like TENS, ultrasound, and heat therapy—were incredibly effective in relieving discomfort. Additionally, I really appreciated the flexibility in scheduling; there was always plenty of availability for appointments, making it easy to get the care she requires while working around her busy schedule. Others in my family have also had great experience with the massage therapy that this office provides. Highly recommend!

The Team here is amazing! Everyone is always professional, super knowledgeable, and caring. They listen to you and plan your sessions around your specific therapy needs and schedule. They have helped out our Family so much after our car accident and we are so thankful for them. The place is also always clean and welcoming. Would highly recommend!

Impact Physio without a doubt deserves a 5 star rating in my opinion.
The front end staff is knowledgeable and accommodating, willing to help with insurance and scheduling around our busy life.
Navdeep is proficient and effective in her physio treatments, keeping it simple and results oriented.

Lawrence is an unbelievable massage therapist. While he is more than willing to do a relaxing massage for you(it's less work for him, as he likes to say) he is outstanding in determining what your body needs and effectively loosening all the tight joints and muscles. While the massage might not be relaxing, it is what is needed and I've never encountered anyone better.

I highly recommend Impact for a well rounded experience where all the pieces of the puzzle are considered.

Impact physiotherapy is a great physiotherapy clinic in Beaumont, Alberta that will help you get back into action! I have seen all of the physiotherapists for a partially-torn meniscus, knee injury, that they helped me with. I avoided knee surgery because of it. Every member of my family have been patients as well, at one time or another, including our eldest son for a basketball injury.

They have great staff, hours of operation and different types of treatment, such as dry needling. Massage is also available and we have had great experiences with that as well. All in all, a wonderful physiotherapy clinic that you can trust to get you back on the road to recovery!

I have been very pleased with the treatment I have been receiving at Impact Physio. Navdeep and River are very friendly and talk you through the process and reasons behind the treatment given. Booking appointments is easy and flexible for your schedule. I highly recommend this team of therapists!
