I have to agree with the previous comments. When you call usually nobody picks up. I called sometimes 5 or 6 times and left voicemail which remained unanswered. Then I found out if you call the pharmacist a few steps away he might go to reception and forward your call.
When you need an appointment most likely you have to wait or you get a phone appointment. Then the phone appointment is usually in a time frame between 2 pm and 6 pm. But hope you don’t miss an unknown hidden phone call you get from the doctor! Your Appointment will be pushed again. From my perspective it is not a well run administration and I am looking forward to find a new family doctor

In my search for a family physician, I was fortunate to become a patient of Dr. Hadi at Improved Medical. Her exceptional blend of expertise and empathy made a lasting impression. She dedicated time to fully understand my concerns, ensuring a comprehensive approach to my care. Despite her remarkable care, the lengthy commute of over an hour necessitated a switch to a local practitioner. Nonetheless, my gratitude for Dr. Hadi’s care remains, and I firmly believe that the medical community would thrive with more physicians of her caliber.

Very horrible service from the reception! They never pick up calls or return voicemails. I wonder why management is not doing anything about this. My doctor is a lovely person but the reception is making me rethink about getting a new family doctor.

In extreme pain and I called them but it took three days to call back. I asked about an antibiotic and was refused because I wouldn't come in since I don't drive. She has no reason to see me as she is not a dentist.
Wants you to come in for every little thing. Guess the pay is better if you go in. More worried about getting paid then helping.

Dr Wickramasekara, Erandi is my family doctor. She is the best doctor so far I can find in Canada. She is very patient, caring and willing to help and always tries to think from the perspective of patients.

I was pleasantly impressed with the staff at Improved Care Walk in clinic. The receptionist was very pleasant and polite. I was particularly impressed with Dr. M Singh, he showed concern and was very kind to my daughter, he ensured she was comfortable during her visit. Believe it or not, my daughter had a jewlery bead immersed in her ear canal, which Dr M Singh carefully removed. Thank you again to the team at Improved Care Walk in clinic.

The receptionists literally never answer the phone or respond to calls. Nor do they check messages, I attempted to call 7 times today around 12:30 and could not even leave a message because the inbox was full. I had to speak to the pharmacist to get the receptionist to pick up and then she informed me I was interrupting her lunch!! Can you imagine that? Clients aren't the priority here, I'm not sure what is though. Dr. Muhammad has never once been helpful to me, he fought me every step of the way through my ADHD diagnosis and has given me attitude every time he's learned I've gone to a walk-in stating that he gets penalized for it.... Maybe if they answered their phones and had in person appointments available I wouldn't have to go to the walk-in.... He also nearly refused to prescribe me medication for my ADHD even after being presented with the diagnosis. His reason for doing so was an unwillingness to do any research on the types of medications.

I would switch doctors in an instant but unfortunately it's impossible to find another clinic accepting new patients. This clinic doesn't exist to work on your health with you, they exist to make money by churning patients through as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend going elsewhere

Doctors are great. Pharmacists there are amazing.

However, Absolutely terrible worst receptionists. Here’s why:
- they barely NEVER ever pick up the phone calls. I called 20 times one day and they picked up 0 time. And I had to go to book an appointment
- really terrible attitudes and not friendly and helpful
- regardless I sent my documents many times and the reception still couldn’t get the documents or be able to update simple items. And never even got our names correctly and brought wrong patients information

We typically never write reviews, because we actually had great doctor and pharmacy experience but it’s been too many times and consistently absolutely terrible experience for the reception team we had to write this review to voice this concern.
