Jessica provided the most wonderful service. Her attention to details and thorough consultation left me feeling so confident and comfortable with my new machine. I was properly fitted and feeling extra comfortable with my mask and I look forward to my next visit. Thank you so much for making this experience as seamless as possible. I especially appreciated that they offer direct billing to my insurance provider. 10/10 experience with Jessica!

The team at InspiAir were fabulous. They were well informed, took a lot of time to inform me on how everything works. The office is very appealing, bright, clean and inviting . They broke down the costs and demonstrated how everything works. You relax in a recliner while getting set up. Lots of support and advice! It was a fantastic experience and would highly recommend their services!

As a senior, I am reliant on people who are experts in the field, but am acutely aware that not all outlets are alike. Since my original CPAP outlet was not helping me understand whatsoever, I decided to pop in to InspiAir on Dundas St. Thank goodness I did! The difference in professionalism and helpfulness was like day and night. Staff were friendly and helpful and very genuine! Along with other staff members, Linda assisted me with options and I felt well taken care of. Definitely my choice of providers from here on! Thanks so much to all of you!

I’m very disappointed by the service (or lack of service) I received. I was referred by a local sleep doctor and got a phone call to book my appointment with InspiAIR for a CPAP machine. However, it was never disclosed on the phone about the $200 fee until I checked in for my appointment. I was also asked to recall numbers from my sleep test results which those should have been on file. I was also asked to bring OHIP and my private insurance with me to the appointment. When I gave them my insurance information, they said SunLife was tricky to deal with and that I could pay out of pocket and take the chance of it not being covered or take the estimate, call SunLife myself and then come back again for another appointment.

A few things that could have been avoided: 1) being upfront about the $200 fee before booking an appointment and not surprising people when they show up; 2) having the patients sleep test results available; 3) asking those that do have benefits who they’re provider is to clear up any of the questions about coverage before the patient shows up for their appointment.

Things that should have been conveyed or asked over the phone prior to booking would have saved me a great deal of wasted time. The staff were at least apologetic for wasting my time. Needless to say, I will not be returning and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Kerry was great; she was very helpful and thorough when explaining how to use and take care of the CPAP machine. I was a bit hesitant at first as to whether I really needed/wanted this kind of treatment but after she showed me the machine and demonstrated how it works, and that it was completely silent, I felt much better.
I’ve only had the machine for a couple of nights and already my number of “events” per hour has dropped significantly and my husband says he can’t hear the machine at all.

I was very hesitant to try a CPAP machine. The staff made my experience tolerable. Every staff member that I have dealt with has been friendly, knowledgable and efficient. I dont think that I would have started or continued to persevere without their encouragement and skill. Highly recommend them.

Needed to replace my face mask. Met the staff for the first time and everyone was so very nice. Since moving to Belleville recently I feel like I walked into my "home" CPAP support group. Awesome, thanks soooo very much.
