I recently visited InspiAIR in Vaughan and had the pleasure of being assisted by Mary Toffolo, the full-time Patient Care Coordinator. From the moment I walked in, Mary was incredibly helpful and attentive to every detail. She has a warm, pleasant demeanor and a great smile that puts you at ease, no matter the situation.

I was quite nervous about using a CPAP machine for the first time, but Mary made sure I felt completely comfortable. Her kindness and hard work truly made a difference in my experience. She even took the time to call and follow up with me to see if I needed further assistance and to check on how things were going.

I start using my CPAP in May/2023. The first week it was really difficult to get used to it.
It was a great challenge for me to continue trying. Thanks to Mary’s guidance and encouragement ,

First days of therapy I was dealing with some claustrophobia, but she helped to get the right mask for me, and now I don't even notice the mask for the whole night. Mary was a huge help with my first sleep aid experience..,.from the moment I entered the door, Mary welcomed me the moment she came into the room and she took the reines and it was a great time as she explained everything in detail. She then entered everything with my insurance, set up my unit, and explained everything. She packed up everything and organized my case, and made my experience pleasant and comfortable. If you’re in the market for a CPAP machine I highly recommend using this location. Mary is absolutely fantastic and helped set me up with everything I need!

Machines have been on back order for a while but she made sure to keep me updated and secured a machine for me as quickly as possible.

Definitely go here if you need a CPAP machine or other equipment.

Mary took time to explain the features of my C-PAP machine. Mary also fitted me for a new mask. I sleep more soundly and wake well rested. My wife tells me that my new C-PAP machine is so quiet she doesn't even know it's on!! InspiAir is the best place to go for all your C-PAP needs.
