From that experience, I was able to try out their wide range of safety gear that cater to my profession as a paint and plaster technician . I kept in touch with their team - they are friendly, accommodating, accessible and incredibly supportive. Recently, I started a job as a carpentry instructor and the marketing team was willing to support my role and kickstart my students by donating safety kits to get them excited about learning a valuable skill! I have made an order more than 10 days ago and it is not shipped yet. The total amount of the order is on my credit card bill. I try to contact them to know what's going on, but I got no answer. So they have my money, but they have not shipped my items.

This is a company that goes above and beyond! I’ve had great service and quick shipping in past. But when the currier made a mistake on my latest order, International Safety stepped up and made it right. It wasn’t their fault, but they still (very quickly) made it right. I wish all companies had this level of customer service and quality communication. Thanks to the team at International Safety for once again exceeding my expectations.

This store is a sham.

I placed an order of expensive M3 masks 9 days ago, and paid for fast UPS shipping. I got a confirmation of my order. However:
1) I have not yet even gotten any information about this being sent at any time during these 9 days. No tracking information, nothing. The store is quite close to the delivery destination, so they could have delivered this by bike! Obviously, I paid for UPS as I really needed the package here ASAP.
2) I tried to contact them by phone. They say they are open but not in the office (due to the pandemic), but ask customers to leave a voice message. However, their answering machine is full, so no voicemail can be left.
3) I sent numerous text messages and I received no answer.
4) This is even more frustrating as I ordered masks which I counted on and this affects people's health.

All in all, a horrible experience.

The whole team went above and beyond to ensure that my order is recieved before my training which is literally the next Monday. For no added cost I recieved my order through UPS in the best condition. This is my first order but I was very impressed with the wide variety of safety items that they carry. I recommend them 100% to anyone shopping around for any safety items for individuals or businesses. A big thank you to Brenda for her great customer service, prompt followup and great understanding.
