Jessica was so incredibly helpful. Thanks to her advice and guided program our baby now sleeps through the night, and is able to fall asleep easily in his crib on his own. Before this program our baby wouldn’t nap unless I held him. We are very grateful for the help!

We worked with Jessica for a few weeks for our 8/9 month old. Jessica was able to help us create a plan that stayed within our comfort zones. She gathered a lot of information about our daughter, her habits and temperament and made suggestions that were suitable to her. We went from bed sharing (which was becoming unsafe for her and painful for us lol), and long/ stressful attempts to get her to sleep to our daughter sleeping exclusively in her crib and falling asleep independently. If you’re debating this- it’s a very worthwhile investment in rest and sanity!

We hired Jessica for our then 2 month old as we wanted to start her out with healthy sleeping habits. Our main goal was to have her fall asleep on her own as we have two other young children at home and were worried about the bedtime routines overlapping. We also wanted to work with our daughter to make naptime and bedtime a calming and joyful experience, and Jessica helped us do just that. After our initial meeting Jessica sent us our customized sleep plan for our daughter and within one week of implementing she was falling asleep on her own. She is now 4 months old and continues to fall asleep on her own, has started to increase her nap times and has done consistent 8 hr stretches at night. We are beyond grateful to Jessica for helping us to see sleep as something learned and for teaching us that with patience, and persistence, healthy sleep habits are possible for our little ones.

I have 10 month old baby boy who was relying on nursing to sleep every single time. After 9 months I felt I was ready to teach him the skills to fall asleep independently and with Jessica's help, he is able to do it now. Jessica helped me to see the need for a proper sleep schedule for Jacob and respect his sleep needs. Jessica was very supportive and encouraging throughout our time together. Thank you Jessica!

Words do not do justice to the amount and type of support that Jessica gives you. I had honestly never felt more supported in my postpartum journey until Jessica came into our lives. She is so full of knowledge and guidance and never suggests something you are uncomfortable with. When we first reached out to Jessica we were in a rough place. Our 7 month old, Jackson, who was once a good sleeper, hadn’t been sleeping through the night or napping more than 30 minutes for 4+ months. To say we were exhausted was an understatement. After one month of completely focusing on his needs and implementing the strategies Jessica helped us put into place I am so happy to say that he is now napping for upwards of 2 hours during each nap and sleeping through the night. Contacting Jessica is the best decision we made as first time parents, and we are now feeling confident enough in ourselves to handle future sleep issues and transitions smoothly. We are forever thankful to have had Jessica’s support and fully intend on contacting her in the future if we need anymore guidance. If you are struggling with sleep and have a baby who fights their schedule with everything they have in them, I can’t say it loud enough, Jessica is your girl!

There is so much information on the internet. I was trying to sleep train our six month old but not succeeding as I was struggling with sleep deprivation. I reached out to Jessica and she listened to me and created a realistic plan to follow. I appreciated the weekly check-ins and she responded to all of the questions we had throughout the week. Within a month our six month old was sleeping in his crib and through the night. Thank you Jessica for listening and remaining positive throughout our journey. I would highly recommend Jessica to help with any sleep issues you and your family may be experiencing.

Working with Jessica was such a positive experience. She gave us the confidence to make a smooth transition from co-sleeping with our 7 month old to her own bedroom. We liked how it was small steps at a time. This made the transition a lot easier. Our baby is now sleeping for longer stretches and a lot better. We’re so happy we were able to work with Jessica!

We reached out to Jessica when my second child was 10 months old. After a surgery at 4 months old, I responded to his every wimper, to the detriment of his sleep and mine. Naps were non-existent (or short 15 minute catnaps), night time was interrupted 2 or 3 times for feedings, or all-night feedings and I was going crazy. There is a reason why sleep deprivation is a torture tactic! Jessica's daily emails and weekly phone calls kept me accountable and gave me the confidence to stay committed to the plan. It was so worth the hard work - and SO worth working with Jessica - at 13 months, our boy sleeps all the way through the night consistently, and goes down for two naps a day without a fuss. I highly recommend working with Jessica!
