Dreadful lack of interest in the customer and lack of service. Appalling treatment. Amazon got our business and so did other local pharmacies. I will no longer support Jolly's. It would be a good idea, Jolly's, to hire competent staff and train them well. Start with how to acknowledge and greet customers.

Absolutely incredible! I went in knowing roughly what I needed, and their amazing staff was on it right away, I didn't get the name of the man who was helping me, but was truly wonderful! I went in for bandages/coverings for a deep wound that's recently been stitched, and the bandages I had were causing so much trouble for me; this man knew my issue and swiftly brought me to the bandages and took the time to explain and listen to what I need, THAT is the standard for customer service right there! Thank you ❤️

I have been dealing with Jolly's for ostomy supplies around 4 years now for ostomy suplies and service has always been wonderful. The last few orders not so much. The staff working there do not seem to understand even slowly spoken and spelled English(except for 1 lady who is not always available), This time(and the last 3 or 4 times) ordering took forever,as I had to repeat everything multiple times(not usually a problem but I am talking 3 or 4 repeats),then the receipt that enables me to claim with Blue Cross was not included in the shipping box ,which did arrive order correct and on the date promised. When I phoned to ask them to send the teceipt out,it was too long and painful a process to spell out my email address,tthough I did try,so I ended up just getting the receipt mailed instead,thereby delaying my ability to claim with insurance til next week. I know my phone is fairly new and crystal clear to everyone else,yet the staff always blames the phone. Maybe time to check/update your own phone system Jolly's. I will give this one more shot next time I need supplies(which will be awhile now)but really disappointed in the ordering process lately.

As I am a regular customer, I bought an Ossur cold therapy unit from Jolly's after my knee replacement. After 2 months of use, the pad developed leaks. I went in seeking a replacement pad under warranty. The young owner curtly advised me that the warranty was 30 days and he could do nothing. I didn't accept this response and said that was not acceptable. He then said that "I could have helped you but because I was" beligerant" that he wouldn't help me. We then called Healthworks Regina to source a replacement pad. Healthworks said despite the 30 day warranty they stand behind the product. They provided me with a replacement pad at no charge even though it was purchased elsewhere. I will no longer be shopping at Jolly's and suggest the older generation owners speak with their son about customer service or this very old local business won't last another generation.
