Please DON'T go to this terrible place. The front counter staff is totally unproffesional. Went here for my class 1 medical, what a headache !!!

Would give no stars to Certain. dr that works here Dr Afari Took my youngest five-year-old daughter to her last year. She at that point diagnosed her with ADHD and ODD prescribed her a 30 mg stimulant. This following month, I returned for paperwork, which then she said my daughter is not properly diagnosed so therefore, she didn’t feel comfortable, putting said diagnosis on paper. even though she’s the one that said this is what my daughter had last March. I was very frustrated as to how can you give a five-year-old a 30 mg stimulant but not confirm a diagnosis after both me and her teacher filled out questionnaires. I took my daughter off the medication as it was making her a complete zombie and she wasn’t eating. I tried to express my concerns with what she was trying to tell me. At that point her and her secretary, who I find to be extremely rude, discharged us from the clinic, not willing to send a referral to another paediatrician to help care for my child’s needs. Refused to give me her physician ID number, was chased out the door by her secretary, screaming, and hollering at me. I have seen another Doctor Who has kindly sent off another referral to my child and after explaining to him about this, he could not even believe that she gave her such a high milligram stimulant and not properly diagnosing her. I would highly recommend no one take their Littles to this said paediatrician. I have filed a report with AHS regarding her and her secretary.

A Doctor that understands their patients is VERY rare.
I am thankful to be blessed with the opportunity to have a medical professional that's willing to make 3 plans in case a treatment fails.

I was under the impression that this facility was a walk in clinic, however when I entered the building not even ONE of the old lady’s at the front desk had the decency to say hi or ask if I wanted to make an appointment considering they don’t do walk ins. Instead they looked at me like I was stupid without saying a word so after a minute or two i without being helped I had to say something myself. Only to be ignorantly told that “this isn’t a walk in clinic” with no care or direction as to what clinic can help ! Very rude & unwelcoming experience.

I have been going here for a long time. Last year my 13 year old daughter was pulling something in her leg every time she jumped just 3 weeks before volleyball nationals. We had just two sessions and he had her playing better and stronger than she had all year. I strongly recommend Pugi for kids in sports or even if your child has major growth spurts. ( my daughters is 5'11") It will make a huge difference!

Dr Labuschagne is the best family doctor! The front desk staff are friendly, polite and professional. They all do their best to accommodate our schedules and get us taken care of in a timely manor.

They want the public to make appointments instead of walk in. This is great if the public is aware. The doctor’s office is not informing their patients. So if you have to get lab work done and don’t know about the change you get to a least an hour plus.

Be sure you have an appointment in this weather, and hope you don’t have to wait outside. Ridiculous that you have to wait in your car, but not everyone has a vehicle, so much stand outside after walking or busing there. Health services creating health problems
