Just Like Family has been an invaluable resource when it comes to setting up in home care for our Mom. They have worked diligently with us and others through very trying circumstances. Great Service provided on multiple occasions. Courteous and with professional concern for the client. Providing not only transportation between Lethbridge and Calgary, but more so, providing a sense of ease and removing the anxiety that typically goes along with highway travel (even on the best of days, let alone when medical issues are added into the equation). Kudos to all the staff - Shamshad; Ibrahim - and with special thanks to the drivers. So much appreciated.

We used JLF for about a year before my mother in law moved to memory care. Shamshad and Ibrahim were flexible, responsive and friendly. Ola and Mirsada, the HCA’s who primarily cared for my mother in law, were absolute gems. We found the consistency, responsiveness and genuine care and concern for patients from JLF to be a much better option than AHS home care.
