I have been with this clinic for over 20 years. My primary service provider is Dr. Starosta and, due to his large number of patients, seeing him requires some advanced booking. But once in his office, service has been thorough, as are the follow-ups if they are required. I can see why some people may have negative comments toward this clinic but the shortage of health service providers is a province-wide problem, and not unique to this clinic at all. I hope to continue to stay healthy and use the clinic's service infrequently, and continue to present a small loading on the Ontario health system, despite my age. I am just happy to have access to this clinic and its professional staff. Hopefully for many years to come.

This is a wonderful clinic - great doctors, nurses and assistants. We have always been treated professionally and in a timely, pleasant manner. Dr. Samson is a gem!

Warning!!!! New walk-in system. Apparently online. Would have been nice to know before wasting now $$$ gas. Got there at 8:30 as normal. Then get told to come back at 9:45. So not a walk-in anymore. Rename it to book-in appointments. The staff is great though. But little things like this with no notice makes for bad business.

I have always had a great experience at this clinic. Dr. Connelly especially has the best bedside manner I've ever seen in a doctor and I never felt less judged talking about my problems. Dr. Smith is absolutely wonderful as well, listens to her patients and is very kind. My only problem is the time it takes to get a booked appointment, but that is pretty standard across Canada right now, and I have been given walk-in appointments with no longer than a 30-minute wait when I need dire service. I also commend the way they have and continue to battle the COVID virus, still requiring mask wearing.

We’ve been patients at this clinic since it opened. The staff are always very friendly and professional. On several occasions I’ve even witnessed them deal with rude patients in a calm, courteous manner, so I’m puzzled about some of the previous comments.
As far as I know, the clinic provides services to registered patients only and cannot accommodate general walk-in patients.
Our family doctors take the time to listen (which matters greatly to me). They are very knowledgeable and have provided excellent care to our entire family. I can highly recommend the clinic.

I love our family doctor, Dr Caskey, and I really like Dr McBride who we have seen before, but I'm starting to question whether we are in the right hands. Maybe it's just our medical system in general, but this clinic is no longer working for the health of its patients. They will not fight for you. For a long time now the clinic's protocol has been different and it changes often. They use COVID/staffing as the excuse as do many clinics and health care facilities, but I'm starting to wonder. Today I was refused an appointment for my almost 3yo and we were directed to the West Ottawa Clinical Assessment Center. She has chronic ear infections and is in pain. She's old enough to tell me this. I wanted her ears checked and antibiotics if necessary. Just 2 months ago we got a walk-in appointment immediately for the same thing. When I expressed frustration the receptionist sighed at me multiple times and repeated her script. And it's exactly that - a script. I understand the decision is not hers, but there is very little empathy at this clinic these days. She would not send a message to my doctor asking to make an exception. I am sure the staff are doing their best in a broken system but I have lost a lot of confidence in a place I used to trust to help me look after my and my children's health.

I've going here for a while now, and it has been very reliable. This place was recommended by my allergy clinic after I was having some issues with Appletree. Almost always on time when you make an appointment, with very little delay. Doctors and nurses are very friendly, and if you go often enough remember your name and converse a bit. Never had any issues here.

They don’t have walk-in service. They said it’s only for registered patients. I don’t think they know what walk-in mean.
