Will tell you they will contact you when a spot becomes available in a couple months(had to call multiple times a day for 2 weeks and leave a few voicemails that went ignored before even getting ahold of someone) then just never contact you even years later. My 6 year old lost his father apparently that isn't enough of a reason to give him therapy. I would give negative stars if it was possible. Terrible costumer service and terrible communication. This just showed how much they actually care about childrens well being. I was suppose to be contacted in May 2023 then June rolled around and I figured they were busy and I would wait a bit longer then a couple more months went by and they still didnt bother contacting me. Then I didn't call back because that showed they would not even care enough to give my child the proper care and empathy he needed.

My experience has been A +. Walker Goodings is a fantastic psychotherapist. He is young but has so much understanding, knowledge and experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder. He really listens and gives great opinions and advice to my son, and is helping with strategies so that he can become as independent as he can. Booking is easy online. Invoicing is instant. Highly recommend!

Very unimpressed with the level of customer service and lack of communication. Missed the 48 hour cancellation window by a few hours since I'm on an on call schedule, so I tried sending them an email since I could no longer cancel on the virtual portal. I didn't get a reply until the next day. By that point, they wanted to charge me the full 100$ cancellation fee because my reasoning didn't fall under "emergency", which I thought was unreasonable, even though I still attempted to contact 2 days prior to my appointment, and I've always abided by their requirements. I tried to negotiate anything that would avoid having to pay any fees. Replies are very infrequent.

I wanted to escalate it to the person's supervisor to resolve this. They don't ever pick up the phone. I sent an email to their supervisor, never got a response. I finally got a reply from the therapist I was seeing 4 days later saying they'd reduce the fee to 70 dollars. I still find that unreasonable as there has been poor communication, zero empathy, and no leniency to try and figure out a solution that wouldn't involve paying any fees.

This place is great when everything goes to plan. But good luck getting any form of decent communication or leniency if you have any issues.
