Kanata Vitality Physiotherapy and Wellness Centre - Kanata, Ontario

I recently visited this place, and while the facility itself is impressive, my overall experience was disappointing.

Pros:

- The place is clean, modern, and well-maintained.
- The receptionist was polite and welcoming. 5/5 for her service.

Cons:

- Unfortunately, the therapist was almost 10 minutes late, and the receptionist had to call her out after I had already been waiting.

- My session, which was supposed to be 1 hour, included only 25-30 minutes of actual massage. The therapist was 5-10 minutes late and ended the session 5-10 minutes early. Despite clearly stating that my issue was with my shoulder, the therapist spent an excessive amount of time on the diagnosis. I understand its importance, but it felt unnecessarily long and cut into the actual massage time. The rest of the time was spent discussing exercises I could do at home, which I didn’t expect or feel was necessary during the session.

For $130, I was hoping to get closer to a full hour of massage, but the time management and service left much to be desired. 1/5 for the massage experience.

Wonderful physiotherapy clinic, professional & very knowledgeable from my initial consult to each treatment. They were dedicated to my recovery process and even exceeded
my own recovery expectations. They possess a remarkable ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner. Vitality really feels like a community. I am very happy my doctor recommended me this place.

Vitality is by far the best place to go for physiotherapy! I had been nursing a couple of injuries throughout the year, and Vitality was always there to give me the help I needed. The level of professionalism and empathy I felt in this clinic, made me feel as if they really cared for my well being, they were truly invested in seeing me get better. They have all the latest tech and strategies and I was able to get back to 100% with their help! Very thankful for them!

Really great! Have been working with Mina for physiotherapy for a couple weeks now, and am feeling real hope for the first time I can achieve pain-free running after 3 years of hip troubles. Asef and team exceeded my expectations with consistently great service and support. They quickly isolated the source of my sports related injury and provided treatment and exercises that got me back to playing hockey pain free. Would recommend their services without hesitation!

I had a very pleasant experience right from when I entered the dooor to when I left the clinic.

I was under Asef and Racheal's care. They were really nice to talk to, were able to diagnose and work through the issue I was having right away, and made every effort to ensure I was comfortable and fully understood his plan of action.

Overall, they were very professional, friendly, and clearly committed to providing excellent service.

It has been such a wonderful journey and pleasant experience with Vitality. The staff are very friendly, patient, professional and caring. Shannon was very knowledgeable, quick and accurate in determining what my issue was, provided me with a detailed treatment plan and listened to my concerns. She carefully monitored my progress and adjusted the plan as required. I am now back to playing sports pain free! Just an amazing, super friendly team and I highly recommend Shannon and Vitality!
