Nididi was very unprofessional with the orders seems like she didn't know what she was doing in family court at all. Do not pick this lawyer else you will have more problems in court like me also she didn't care to hear what I had to say or she didn't tell the court I was trying to be there for my son she also had very unprofessional phone call with my child's mother that I was not present that made the mother of my child mad and she threw me down in court cause of it you maybe great immigration lawyer but I would not recommend you for family court. And im free to my personal opinion.

As someone who has wholly benefited due to my partner choosing Ndidi as their lawyer I am writing this review from that perspective. Ndidi has shown herself to be incompetent in numerous ways, including but not limited to wasting time arguing points she full well knows she would lose in court up until the day of or before and giving in to all demands as she knows she will inevitably lose should the matter be brought before a judge, thus costing both sides thousands of dollars. Cannot interpret court orders and has advised numerous times for my partner to continue to breach court orders and on one occasion break the law. She is argumentative during case conferences wasting time in front of a judge who is not there to hear testimony or makes a decision but to come to resolution on issues cooperatively, her arguments and escalation of the issues resulted in her client being spoken to by the judge on several occasions. Her inability to follow protocol and the rules of the court has resulted in numerous delays to proceedings and no doubt does a disservice to her clients in the judge's eyes. To date of the several issues that have gone to court Ndidi has successfully won zero and has yet to even produce more than a single line in any order to benefit her client that I was not already seeking. In review of court documents should you wish to read over them it will be incredibly difficult due to the large percentage that will be shown as (INDISCERNIBLE) as the court stenographer could not understand what she is saying; of which I can attest most things that she says I do not understand, and what is comprehensible is lacking in ability form, which is evident if you read anything she has written. In total so far she has managed to drag minor issues through multiple courts, delayed multiple proceedings, advised her client to abduct a child, advised her client to continue to breach court orders, fail tactically on every conceivable level, and win absolutely nothing for her client.

Total tally:
Multiple orders on consent due to her giving in to all demands after wasting time and money arguing for weeks.
The few times the issues were heard before a judge, she failed to secure a single priority for her client that was under contention.

I cannot speak to the financial aspect as I do not know however I imagine she would be quite affordable given the situation. However that comes with the caveat that a more experienced, better, lawyer would save you money by not needlessly arguing and extending issues with poor advice. I cannot sing her good graces any more as it has allowed me all the time in the world I could ask for with my kids, and I sleep with no worries at night as to any legal pressures. I recommend you find a way to encourage your opposition to seek her as counsel.
