I attended Kawartha Vision Care today with my brother who is in a wheel chair. The staff and optometrist were accommodating, friendly and treated him with such kindness. I had an issue with my glasses and called them hoping for help and they really came through for me. They were so friendly and welcoming and they took care of the repair right away. It was a quick fix. I’m really thankful because I really depend on my glasses. Definetly recommend If you ever need your glasses repaired or if you’re looking for great eye care and glasses services in Cobourg or Northumberland. Their great customer service definetly stands out. Thanks again ladies!

I cannot give enough praise to the team at Kawartha vision care. Not only are they so kind and they have great service, but they truly care for their patients. My daughter and I went for our eye exam not long ago and both got glasses. The team was attentive and kind. But I recently had an issue with my eye being swollen and they went above and beyond to make sure I had the care I needed and fit me in for my emergency appointment. They also called and followed up with me to ensure I had no issues after the fact. The team is truly exceptional here and I’m so grateful for how well they’ve treated myself and my family. Probably the best service I have ever had at a business, ever. I was in a rush for a eyeglass repair before a trip and they dropped what they were doing to make the repair, took time to fit me with some contact lenses as backup and charged a fraction of what I should have paid. I begged them to let me pay more of what would be customary but they refused to charge me anything for their extra effort. Customer centricity is in their DNA and they create a great environment. They should spin off a customer service training company!!! I’d give them 10 stars if I could.

My glasses ended up breaking in the morning and I am new to the area of Cobourg so I found this location in an attempt to get them fixed right away. I spoke to a lady at the front desk and she was very polite and helpful to me. She installed a new arm, tightened it, and even added new nose pads for me. I would recommend this place just on their kindness alone.

“I can’t say enough good things about Kawartha Vision Care and their wonderful team of ladies!
From the moment I stepped into their store I was greeted with warmth and enthusiasm.

The ladies that were there were very attentive, offering styling advice on my prescription glasses, and they were able to help me find a pair of glasses that exceeded my expectations!

Finally convinced my husband to book an eye exam for getting new glasses - he has not stopped raving about the professionalism, positive nature and care theses women demonstrated since booking his appointment. He was in awe that Chelsea took the initiative to repair and clean his old pair of glasses - without being asked. He felt spoiled and well supported then also appreciated Dr. Sharma’s positive approach, knowledge and gentle manner.
