KENRON Pharmacy SOUTH location has the BEST pharmacy and staff to address all of our family needs!

They provide compounding prescriptions including special formulations to support health of many systems and related education. They deliver prescriptions for NO charge! They have amazing products and supplies to support from birth to old age. Most importantly though they have VERY knowledgeable staff that really care and go above and beyond for patients . The pharmacy manager, Krista, has been an invaluable resource to me around hormone support in perimenopause, managing and understanding side effects of medications, and providing prescriptions as a prescribing pharmacist. She cares so much about clients - for example will advocate for clients to get brand name drug covered if generic drug is not comparable in effectiveness, and takes the time to educate, answer questions, and provide guidance.

I would recommend Kenron Pharmacy South HIGHLY to everyone! I have been going there since I was pregnant 12 years ago and they had everything I needed and provided amazing care at that time as well. I am so grateful for them!

I find the response interesting and find it vital that I share to the Calgary community the type of individuals they have working at this pharmacy.

How about Wendy who called an autistic client a whale mocking the noises of their nonverbal speaking pattern.

How I was belittled by Jackie as a new Calgarian and a shopper who was buying braces and looking to leave my prescription as a trans man to their pharmacy but was made to feel unwelcomed since I would go in when my wife was working.

Or should I ask Steve why my wife was made to feel uncomfortable knowing that her coworkers had no PPE while working in the compounding lab.

Though this may have personal relations the way in which you treat staff and clients alike is deplorable. Your staff is unkind and egotistical, you can call my review fake but the one star will forever remain. Learn how to treat people in the medical field you’re there to be of service not to cast judgement.

just had to express my heartfelt gratitude to Laurel, Ashley, and Jacquie for going above and beyond to help my husband today! At the NW location. He was having trouble with his sock, and these amazing individuals showed exceptional care and dedication to resolving the issue. I was searching for where I could find Meplilex Border Flex, to buy in my city, Kenron was one of the places and my phone call to their NW location was so rewarding and super helpful- was told I could buy as many pieces as I needed and it would be sent the next morning to the SW location - which is closer to me; and I should expect a call from the SW location to let me know when to come over and pick up. Although the SW location did not call - I called late afternoon and it was confirmed that it was ready.
All in all, it was a most satisfactory experience for me!

I switched to this pharmacy after using the shoppers drug mart at North hill, the folks at this pharmacy answer the phone in a quick and polite manner, and they fill prescriptions very quickly which makes it even more convenient. Also, they ask patients detailed questions regarding their medications and are very attentive about keeping things updated - I’m grateful for this pharmacy!

I have had two experiences with this pharmacy and both were awesome. Most recently, I returned for a second time looking for a splint for my right arm. The cashier/clerk immediately assisted me, was extremely knowledgeable and made recommendations consistent with my physician. He spent a great deal of time with me, was very positive and had a sense of humor (which in this time of stress, was so welcomed).
Hats off to a business who invests in their employees not only with product knowledge, but with compassion, patience and kindness. Well done!
