This is the quality concrete we got when we ordered concrete with Kerridge Concrete.
It’s crumbling and falling apart. Now we are left with this disaster to deal with in our brand new home making our beautiful back yard look like complete crap. The task of replacing this concrete is massive and will cost us triple of our original investment.
Worst thing about the quality concrete we received was the even worse customer service once we complained.

DIY & Homeowners beware.

I thought I was giving the smaller local company a try. After the pour went bad I spoke to some buddies who are still in the concrete industry and learned of the reputation Kerridge has for FAST drying concrete.

Their concrete dries way too fast and is too cheap. Too much sand.

The order desk let's me order a big order for a wheelbarrow pour. No advice about their product or offering to rent me a pump or anything. Just advises that if I take more than 2 hours I'll be changed a small fee. I advise that I'll take over two hours.

The driver won't add water. The pour goes bad. I end up having to jack hammer and dispose.

The managers and owner come to my house multiple times to make fun of my finishing skills, remind me that I'm not a professional, and offer no steps towards any kind of resolution.

They noticeably like to keep customer service interactions out of writing. Responding to emails with phone calls or visits to my house instead.

I was a formworker for 5 years and I have an architectural technician on my crew as well. Not to mention I told the order desk that I was a DIY and not a pro finisher. None of that matters though because after examining my finishing work the owner deduced that I'm not a professional and thus no resolution could be made.

If you don't want DIY orders, then say that up front. THIS CONCRETE IS ONLY FOR PROFESSIONALS. Wall concrete.

i deal with kerrige dailey ..they drivers are great drivers!! ..without exception .. these are big noises machines but absolutely critical to keep our city growing and not everyone will be pleased getting behind one or having one in front of their house .. as for the actual concrete ..its excellent ..finishes beautifully every time ..qc on-site doing their jobs every day ..brad at the order desk is also exceptional ..super friendly guy with a lifetime of knowledge and good concrete advice ..these guys are super busy and do a great job getting quotes out asap … i have used all the concrete companies and these guys are the ones i always recommend and use ..i know and trust the concrete and the drivers

A nightmare for me to transfer to this company!
Don’t believe their price is cheap , it’s not true!
My company normally use another concrete supplier,but my friend used this one, I thought maybe we can try and have more choice. But first time is the last time,Very rude service, doesn’t care their customers feelings, changing their time very quickly and no update, I have to call again and again ,making my six workers waiting for more than three hours, I have to pay them for extra money. No sorry, no compensation. Just like they said, choosing this company has to follow their rules, no reason for delay! I will share my experience with my many other contractors friends if they don’t want to lose their money.
