This facility NEVER respects the time of it's patrons. I've been here multiple times this year and 40 minutes behind schedule was the best I experienced. The doctor I saw was fine but not everyone can block out hours in a waiting room for a 15 minute appointment. The care provided was good, but the consideration of the patients and their daily lives is VERY low priority. I'd rather see a vet than wait months for an appointment here that they couldn't seem bothered to keep.

They stopped taking patients who have a family doctor meanwhile noones doctor will actually see them in person. If I have to take a day off work because of my sciatica and need a doctor's note, it's impossible to see my family doctor as she will only see you over the phone and 2 weeks down the road. At least I had this as a back up but not anymore. Very disappointed in this place

Very friendly staff and I was in and out in no time. It definitely beats making a hospital appointment or waiting in the waiting room for hours at the hospital.
