Bought a trailer from Keith around July 2021, all was good at the start, took about 8 weeks to get the trailer but that was explained at the start. Had the trailer less than 3 weeks and noticed a lot of rust had started to appear. I approached Keith and he told me to go get it crowned. Which I did a few days later. Crown didn’t help at all and the trailer has only gotten a lot worse. I have tired contacting Keith at least once a month to see if there is anything can be done about this. He either ignores my emails, or if he answers the phone he says he is trying to get it fixed for me. The trailer is only 10 months old and would past for nearly 10 years old. I held off on leaving a review because Keith told me he would get it sorted but now he doesn’t even respond to emails. Absolute terrible service about this issue. Really frustrating because I try keeping all my Vehicles clean and respectable looking but this rusty old looking trailer let’s it all down.

I don’t usually do this but was very impressed with King City Trailers. I Brought my skidoo trailer in for service and to install E-Track, they had it completed in less time than estimated and a couple of days early. Thank you guys. Very professional, knew their stuff and was a great experience overall!

I was travelling North with my RV trailer when on the 400 one of the bearings on my RV started smoking very bad, I pulled off the highway to find bearing on one axle fried. I called several trailer places and no one would help me, I called King City Trailers and they said to bring it in. I limped it to them and they got to work on it, they replaced not only the bad bearing but two more that were not very good, saving me from more problems up the highway. Very professional, I couldn’t thank them enough. Thanks again King City Trailer.

Keith (sales rep) was excellent to deal with. His practical-approach to calling what it is, and recommending trailer add-ons that only make sense was refreshing and helpful.

Although an add-on item was missed during my invoice and delivery Keith is a man of his word and has included it as a part of the deal.
