Went there before for ultrasounds in my wrist, I remember them being a lil reserved, when I would ask questions I wouldn’t get the best responses but honestly it was fine, no real complaint. Called them recently asking about walk-in X-rays, rudest receptionist or whoever picked up, sounded like an older women, snobby women you can tell has an ego. So if you’re expecting smiles and happiness, forget about it lool

After running around for an afternoon trying to find places in Aurora/Newmarket, that do both xray and ultrasound, I went online and found King City Imaging. They were efficient and all the reception and technicians were great. I will certainly go again if needed. The place was also very clean and safe.

This ultrasound place was extremely rude to me and treated me very poorly. The way they spoke to me was horrendous. I ended up walking out without getting my scheduled ultrasound done. I will NEVER go back here again. Very poor/terrible and unprofessional of them to treat their patients like this.

I recently had an ultrasound at this clinic and I absolutely had a wonderful and positive experience here. The girls are the front were very kind and my technician Olga was AMAZING! I really really loved her energy and her kindness.
She was so friendly and it just made the experience that much better for me. 5 STARS forsure! It’s hard to come by such friendly and warm technicians so it was very appreciated to have her do my ultrasound. I’ll definitely be back and I want Olga again 🙂
