After a very poor experience at a different physiotherapy clinic, Maya at Kinnext was a breath of fresh air! I right away understood what a positive physiotherapy experience looked like and most importantly felt like. After just one appointment, I saw more positive progress with my pain levels than in the 6+ sessions I had at the previous clinic I went to.

Maya listens to your goals, takes the time to understand your daily routine and provides a personalized treatment plan. She takes the time to explain the treatments done during your appointments as well as the exercises provided for outside of appointments. I really appreciate that Maya’s approach is about empowering you to incorporate realistic exercises with realistic time commitments to your day to day routine - that’s truly why her methods work to keep you pain free instead of being a short term solution.

I would highly recommend Maya to anyone looking for a very knowledgeable physiotherapist who will support your specific needs!

Giorgia, who handles my bookings and payments, is friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and organized, a very professional worker. She is quick to problem solve or adjust anything that needs to be taken care of. Stephen is great and I found right away that I was in the right place for the assistance I needed. He knew what questions to ask and addressed my problems with what I could see was an educated and experienced approach. He is a good listener and is present and not rushed. The staff here does a good job and you get the feeling they all really care about the client’s well-being.
