Just inconvenient to people needing to do blood work . But are not able to come in before 12pm noon to get it done. I know the staffing has shortages right now and it's only the family health team doing them as walk ins. Just hard to get it done with the system that is in place right now.
And I know that isn't all the health teams fault. They're been absolutely resilient and great with accommodating appointments throughout the pandemic.

My experience here has been pretty awful in almost every way. When is the last time the entire staff took access for people with disabilities, equity, diversity, and inclusion training, or (I get the sense) internal support for lateral violence and the mental health effects of being overworked? Sloppy with my records and paperwork. Arrogant attitude toward the other two health teams in town. Needs fixing IMHO.

Me and my family all had the same family doctor. We have missed many days for appointments because we have been sick alot my kids and girlfriend have missed more appointments than I did and my family doctor Louise hayes took me off the list I found out after I took my first vaccine for covid because when I got it I passed out threw up a bunch of white stuff and felt sick for days I wanted to call and make an appointment and they said I couldn't get one I was taken off the list and told me I had to go to emerge to get looked at. Why can't I have a family doctor the same one as my family they suggested I go to a first nation's family doctor well then! I'm taking my kids with me I would rather pay for health care than to get treated the way I did here

It is much faster service you go from triage to your room to wait to see doctor within a hour not 5 6 hours to even see doctor here in owen sound
