Chin is a fantastic pharmacist. Always attentive, has prescriptions done on time and makes sure you are aware of any instructions that go along with your medication. I switched all of my prescriptions from Shoppers and have zero regrets. Thank you Chin!

I've written a review before and it's time to write another! I really can't say enough about Chin. He is the most amazing pharmacist I have ever had, hands down!! You will never get more personalized service than Chin provides. I made the switch from Shoppers a couple of years ago and have never regretted it. You can walk in without an appointment for a vaccination or you can get your prescriptions filled without any delay. He does this all as a single operator. He knows his stuff and is very attentive to his patients. He operates on an on-call service on the weekends and just today, even though he was not physically at his pharmacy when a doctor sent in an urgent prescription for me, he had it filled within 15 minutes! Thank you Chin!

I contacted this pharmacy yesterday around 4: 38 PM to purchase a cough syrup and get it delivered to my daughter. the pharmacist suggests that he will get back to me as he can deliver but today he has delivery on the other side of town however he will be able to inform me soon and stand by for his follow up call. I do not hear from the pharmacy and called back around 7:30 PM to find out the pharmacy is closed and left a voice mail expressing the wait and not knowing what the status is. I get a call back from the same person with 15 minutes to say that the store is closed but he will do his best to deliver the medicine and will get back to me in a short time and most likely the medicine will be delivered before 9 PM and gets the address and I should stand by and even if he can not deliver at night for sure he can deliver first thing at 9 AM tomorrow morning. I do not hear back from him and followed up with a call to no avail. First thing in the morning around 9:18 AM I called him and he now knows me well and suggests he can deliver and at this point he charges my credit card and asks for $7.00 delivery fee for URGENT DELIVERY instead of normal fee of $5.00. I reminded him the urgent delivery charge would have been applicable had he delivered the medicine last night which it did not happen. yet he insists to charge the extra fee. I pay and all is done to get the medicine delivered by 10 AM as his driver is on its way and he informs me he owns two pharmacies and the one driver is going from is just beside my daughter's residence and very close. I reminded him of my daughter schedule and assures me that the delivery would be done by 10 AM the latest as the driver will arrive around 9:45 AM and it will be a quick drop off and inquires the address again. at this point you may think it's all done. to ensure I am not being dragged I call him up around 10 AM tom learn that the driver has not arrived but he is on his way due to traffic. then he suggests he will let me know when the driver is in his way to the address. I then get a call around 10:18 Am to be told that he reversed the charges on my card for payment as his driver is not coming and he loads me up with a list of items that needs to be done for delivering the medicine which is an over counter medicine and further the driver does not want to do. you can imagine at this point I am question how did this guy even obtain a degree to be a pharmacist since he seems to be so sloppy in arranging a basic offering and delivering a basic medicine. not to forget the way he kept dragging me me wasting time while had no idea what he is able to do or not? In conclusion, I was totally lost with the way he handled this hole process and not sure how people have commented his service are the best. I called another pharmacy in less then 20 minutes the hole thing was done and medicine was delivered for less amount. Given what I experienced there is no quality of service and or care within this pharmacy's operation.

Great pharmacy! Always has what I need and extremely quick when filling prescriptions! You can tell he really cares about his customers as well. I’ve been there a few times for medication pickup and he already knows me by name. 🙂 If you call after hours he will still help you as well! That’s the kind of service that will keep me coming back even if I move out of the area. Highly recommend coming here!
