I scheduled my internet connection through Amy. On the day of install, I phoned Amy and she gave me a great update about the Tech's Eta. Seamless and easy. Greg showed up on time, was very pleasant, loved his job and got me connected. Moving days are tough enough without unexpected hassles. Thank you for making my day better.

Crapy customer service. It's Friday and my internet is out, called lakeland and they say they won't be around til Monday because the tech was told not to drive because of the weather. I've been out twice today and the roads are fine. This is unacceptable, I have online school to do and i have to wait 3 days? Do they not have people to work on the weekends? Extremley disappointed

Just had great customer service from Amy and Andy the technician who promptly fixed our internet connection after we removed old vinyl siding and needed to prep area for the new siding. We lost our internet service in this transition and Amy arranged same day service. Andy attended and upgraded everything from the older technology. He was efficient, professional and left us in a better Internet condition all around! Thanks for the quality customer service Andy and Amy!!!

Called about internet. They had a recording that it was wide spread outage. I was satisfied
