It’s refreshing when the front desk staff are warm and helpful. I’m sure it must be a tiresome occupation, so I empathize when they are a bit kirt, but here they are always kind and friendly. Dr. Warren is also a good dude and I appreciate his attentiveness. Nurse Scott is also a very fun guy to deal with. He took staples out of my knee with care. It barely hurt at all.
Overall, this is an awesome clinic and I am glad to have them.

*HOW THEIR WALK-IN WORKS*

I have been to this clinic in past as a walk-in patient and had a good experience. Just now I called them to ask about their walk-in setup and they told me this is how it works these days: they take walk-ins starting at 9am. People are generally lined up (I assume outside the office before it opens). They take as many as they can from that line and that is it for the day. Alternatively, walk-in patients can book an appointment ahead of time but their current wait time is 2 weeks. Note they don’t do walk-ins at all on Thursdays. Hope this is helpful for other patients!

Dr Smith is such a caring, calm and knowledgeable family doctor. He has provided exceptional care to our family. From the youngest to the oldest member spanning accross three generations, a true family physician looking at the whole picture.
The office is well organized, clean and efficient. The MOA-s truly care and are helpful. Dr Smith's old office abruptly closed the ladies have been so supportive through this difficult transition. Scott the NP is kind, caring and an excellent advocate for his patients.

Just came in the clinic as a walk-in with our whole family (5 of us) after a few days/week of sore throats, fevers, etc. They ladies at the front desk were so helpful and efficient, they took all 5 of us in. Doctor John McNern helped us, he was so kind, profesional and patient. He was so nice to the kids and gave us a great understanding of what was going and prescribed us some meds to get better. The whole experience was excellent, so important for parents who are worried about their kids to have such great care. Thank you 🙏🏻
