If there is any disagreement between you and your home insurance provider there is a chance these guys will bail on you. My guess would be so they never need to take any responsibility. Probably best to use trusted providers from Saskatoon. Be safe out there.

One of the worst insurance brokers. They're horribly rude, poor service. Came in to get a new I.D, stood at the counter for a few mins before a lady got up looked around and huffed she actually had to do her job, and I get the response.. I guess I'll do it..

My wife and I recently purchased our first home. We didn’t know what kind of insurance or coverages we would need. Absolutely horrible, don't bother. Embarrassingly unprofessional. One year ago they knew my mobile home wouldnt be insured anymore under most insurers. They did not tell me this. They also did not give me any reminder about my policy renewal prior to it expiring and maybe looking into other options for me. As I only received renewal documents 3 days prior to the renewal date in previous years, I waited. Then, the day my policy expired at 1201, I called THEM to ask what was going on. Apparently I was missed. MY POLICY HAD EXPIRED. The amount of stress this put me under is unacceptable. I asked for some sort of manager to reach out 1.5 weeks ago and nothing. No communucation about the refund I am owed for my premium already paid. They should be embarrassed about how badly they run their brokerage.
Edit: Yeah, nice response not addressing the fact that you guys screwed up but instead you give a little talk about the mobile home coverage. This could of been looked into a year ago, but no. You guys dropped the ball and let the policy lapse. Oh, and your agent could of said the manager was away too, but no, theres no communication yet again!

I had Jen Spitzig review the Condo Pak insurance policy that I have and was very impressed with her service. She not only reviewed my current policy with me, but took the time to explain the coverage that I had. After a review of my coverage she then went on to recommend some changes, again explaining each change in detail in a language that I could understand.
After a full review I moved my policy to Lakeview Insurance to what I feel is a policy more customized to my needs. She even saved me some money by switching to another company.
Would highly recommend Jen Spitzig and Lakeview Insurance as they take the time to firstly see what you need and customize the package to what works for you. They also do their homework in providing a company that not only provides the coverage but at a reasonable price.

Updated: What was a great start suddenly turned to an absolute horror story. I am so ashamed to say I used Lakeview. No return of emails, or phone calls. Absolutely disgusting customer service. This left us without house insurance for a few weeks without us even knowing. Stay away from this place and any of their associates.

Just before moving to Martensville, we found out our home insurance company would not us insurance us in Saskatchewan. One quick phone call to Lori at Lakeview Insurance Brokers in Martensville, we had three quotes within a matter of hours and home insurance the next day.
