Avoid this clinic at all costs.
This was by far the worst experience I’ve had with a doctor. The physician seemed more interested in cosmetic procedures like Botox than in actually helping patients. It was clear they didn’t like when a patient brought up more than one concern in a visit—even though none of the issues I brought up were properly addressed.

When I asked for tests related to a chronic condition I’ve had since Korea, the doctor dismissed it, saying past tests done in Korea didn’t matter. But when I later inquired about a regular checkup, I was told if I had done it in Korea, there was no need to do it again here although I'd never done it in Canada. Once I even went through the trouble of contacting Korea and getting the medical records as the doctor requested, but she barely looked at them.

One moment that truly shocked me: An elderly patient with a cane was struggling to walk into the clinic, and instead of offering help or opening the door, the doctor told them to close the door behind them.

This clinic, located next to a Korean grocery store, is often empty—and now I understand why. If the doctor is more focused on making money than on helping people, maybe they should have chosen a different profession. Just because there are few Korean-speaking doctors around doesn’t mean you should settle for this kind of care. I strongly advise others to stay away.

Also worth mentioning—although the clinic often replies to negative Google reviews with polite apologies, nothing ever actually changes. It’s clear they’re more interested in managing their online reputation than genuinely improving patient care.

This is my first time stopping by to see Dr. Rosa and she was great! Efficient, straight to the point, and I was able to be in and out in about 45 minutes. The clinic was clean, good location, and Dr. Rosa was super pleasant and knowledgeable. She was actually recommended to me by someone else, and they spoke super highly of her as well. Will definitely be returning again. Thank you!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Rosa for about three years now. She is a very professional and knowledgeable doctor who takes my health concerns seriously. I truly appreciate how carefully and logically she approaches each issue—I think she’s a sharp and level-headed doctor.

While Dr. Rosa’s tone and attitude might seem a bit reserved at first, I’ve come to understand that she is focused and sincere. Thanks to her guidance and treatment.

The clinic is also well-managed. The receptionist is efficient, organized, and always does her best to provide timely and helpful service to patients.

켈로나에서 워크인으로 진료를 받았으나 전혀 차도가 없었어요.
아는 분이 이곳 클리릭을 소개 해 주셔서 이른 새벽에 출발해서 1번으로 진료 받는데...
우선 의사선생님은 시크하시나 정말 많은 질문에도 성의있게 답변 해 주셨어요.
1달 뒤 8월에도 방문 할 예정인데...

최악중의 최악. 전문성이 단 1도 없고, 친절은 더없는 곳이네요 ㅎㅎ 말투가 한국말이 어눌해서 그런건지? 그런데 한국말 잘못하는거와 친절하지 않은것과는 분명 차이가 있습니다. 그리고 아픈곳 눈으로만 봐도 아는건지? 오히려 옆 약국의 약사분들이 훨씬더 잘보시는듯. 더이상 갈일는없을듯 합니다!

Bad experience; besides, when I checked in, the secretary very kindly told me the wait time was 35 minutes, and there were only 5 people in the waiting room. After an hour and a half of waiting, I got up and asked how much time I had left until I could be seen, and the receptionist very kindly told me: "You have 6 people ahead of you." I don't know how they manage scheduling and appointments. I went on a recommendation from a friend, but I definitely wouldn't recommend it. It's better to go directly to a hospital. They play with people's time here.

평점 낮게 주신분들은 다른 클리닉 안가보셨나?!
외국생활하면서 한국인 의사선생님을 패밀리탁터로 있어서 정말 든든합니다. 조금 시크한면이 있으시만 저게 원하는 진료 잘해주십니다.
캐나다에서 한국병원처럼 그런 기대를 접으시면 편안합니다.

불친절하다는 평이 많은데 저는 갈때마다 느끼는거지만 전혀 불친절함을 못느끼겠어요^^;;선생님이약간 시크?한 느낌이라 그런가 싶긴한데 설명도 잘 해주시고 오늘 같은 경우 베트남에서 온 저희 회사 직원이 현장에서 다쳐 일단 라뮤리아로 갔는데 상처부위가 깊어 잘 봉합해주시고 친절히 설명도 해주시고..캐나다에서 흔치 않은 속전속결 치료를 해주셔서 너무 감동했습니다.다시 한번 감사의 말씀 전하고 싶어요!
