This place is a joke the employee's are great but you can tell Lawtons are owned by Sobeys . When ever they have something on sell you drop in the day the sale starts and they never have it i know it's just to get you in their store (Never again !!!)

They're always willing to help and if a medication I'm on is no longer available, they'll do their best to get me something almost identical to it so there's no interruption in continuation. Yes, they are busy and are closed on Sundays due to limited staff. I've always run into great people in there, and I prefer going in there than any other drug store. I've gotten my flu shots at this location and so much more. I love this place!!! - Valerie June

I’ve gone to this pharmacy my whole life, so does my whole family. I moved to wolfville a few years ago for school, and had my mother pick up my prescriptions since I cannot get there. They did not fill my prescription on time, and I only had one left. Sent my mom to pick them up and they said they will not give them to her unless I am there. I am living in another town and could not get them. I had them transferred to shoppers in wolfville instantly. It has been 4 days without my prescription and the transfer has still not gone through. When I called Lawton’s to ask why, the pharmacist seemed frustrated with me, and did not seem to care at all. I do not recommend going to this pharmacy unless you have a medication you can go without.

After waiting 15-20 minutes for my boyfriends prescription... I went to cashier after we were done to purchase these two bandana like face masks. The boy rung my TWO ITEMS in and then called for a supervisor. Didn't tell me why or anything. After waiting 15-20 minutes I did not want to wait another 10 minutes for this supervisor for 2 items so I told the boy I'd purchase these items another day. He gave me the thumbs up and didn't not say anything like "I'm sorry for the inconvenience". Just gave me the thumbs up and thn I left..

I was waiting in line at the cash. There was a person at the cash already. So I waited patiently for my turn. Standing there, I noticed she was opening some sort of game like tickets, and the worst part is not the ignorant customer playing games. It was the cashier who allowed this to go on. GET OUT OF THE LINE!
