I had to get a tilt wheelchair for my mother. I really had no idea that this was even a thing, or how many options and choices there are to go with it.

Mac came out to measure my mom, and has been instrumental in helping me pick one out that will work for her. He is so patient, even when I asked probably 1000 questions. I also bought a tv sit/stand chair for my mom from here, again who knew there was so many choices?

I felt like not only did I get some chairs for my mom, but I got lots of education too. Highly recommend this place.

I am continually impressed by Leading Edge Mobility. Taylor assisted in pairing me with my second power chair. He was patient with me as I trialed many types of wheelchairs. I am so appreciative of the after care I got once I received my chair as well. He was very patient and took the time to ensure the settings were to my liking and that I was comfortable with using my new chair. He was honest when I asked about add ons, and I never felt pressured to buy anything. He definitely made the transition to a new wheelchair as seemless as possible. Picking a new wheelchair is HUGE decision and I felt that Taylor understood how important a wheelchair is to person with mobility challenges. Let me first say that, I have dealt with all the mobility aid stores in Lethbridge and by far Leading Edge Mobility (Used to be MediChair) is the most courteous and client friendly store. The staff is so helpful making sure all your needs are met, not by being pushy but by being empathetic to your circumstances. I deal primarily with Chris and he has gone above and beyond of what’s to be expected from customer service. He came into my home and was extremely respectful while answering my questions and making sure and making all our bases were covered when ordering a new power wheelchair. I %100 would recommend using Leading Edge, exceptional service and staff.
